Staying at Miss Margrit's Guest House felt like staying with close friends. With only a few rooms on property, this guest house has a very intimate feeling and took only minutes to feel relaxed and at home. Of course this was large in part to our host Chris, thank you for having us in your lovely home! Chris was wonderful... More

All the other reviews capture what is so special about this place; it's beautiful, elegant, spacious but somehow comfortable and home-y as well. Great breakfasts, great conversations, great sleep...I want to go back immediately!! Thanks, Chris! More

it's hard to add more to the deservedly fantastic comments already on the site, but here are ours: When arriving at Miss Margrits be prepared to be surprised by this luxurious and tranquil oasis just a few minutes walk from the centre of Granada. From the moment we were greeted by Chris, our host, to the moment we left we... More

No need to rave about the beauty of MM, but we were made to feel at home - and I really mean home - by this kindred spirit. If you can get a room, do not hesitate. More

Reviewing our stay at Miss Margrit's it is difficult not to concur with the many other visitors who have raved about the delights of this beautiful house and the friendly welcome given to guests by Chris. We could easily have stayed for longer than 4 nights in the comfortable, spacious and well equipped room, lingering over the tasty breakfasts, enjoying... More

We are a retired Canadian couple who spent 4 days in Granada with our daughter at Miss Margit’s BB. We loved Granada and our trip was enhanced by our wonderful stay at Miss Margit’s. We had a large room with an added single bed for our daughter at an additional $10. The room was clean and the air conditioning was... More

Obviously have to echo all the positive comments about this amazing colonial guest house. Chris is an incredibly gracious host and the experience is more like staying at a good friend's (very fabulous) home than an impersonal hotel. The place has been meticulously restored, with a beautiful breakfast area in the courtyard, a small but pretty pool, an upstairs lounge... More

I stayed at Miss Margrits for the third time recently. I love this place so much I keep coming back. Even after the third visit this beautiful guest house still takes my breath away. Every corner of this colonial guest house is beautifully restored and decorated with astonishing attention to detail. I particularly love relaxing by the pool and the... More
