We could only stay one night at the Dewa, so we chose this hotel for our other three nights at Koh Chang, and it was great. Simply but nicely decorated rooms, clean and fresh. Great location with nice views. The only thing separating this hotel from a 5 star rating is the staff, or some of them, mostly one guy... More

22 night stay, very good for the discount price through Expedia. Great included Breakfast buffet by the water wih Thai / Western. Staff more than helpful, complimentary kayaks which I recommend to go to sea and mangroves where I spotted an Elephant. Very good pools warm water but close at 7pm ( not so good as a swim when sun... We stayed here for a week in January. It was very different to the previous week in a different hotel. We felt we got a better Thai experience with all the nature around us. The fire fly trip was awesome. Breakfast was pretty good and the sea was crystal clear with lots of fish. Even saw barracuda and a baby... More

This is my second time at Aana hotel. The 1st time was when the hotel newly opened years ago so of course the hotel looks a bit run down now but still has its charm. The highlight is the landscape and beautiful green canal. If you like a quiet and romantic place this is the right hotel for you. The... More

10days here and happy holiday it was. Aana resort is setting on a very beautiful tropical garden along the river. The property does need a bit of new painting but its not a big deal for me. I love Aana Resort as it's given the authentic exotic feeling and relaxation. It's not right on the beach but its not far... More

Our stay was ok in this resort, although being located on the river running into the sea there is no beach at the Hotel, one can take a Bus ride two times a day to the resorts beach. The rooms were clean but the maid service was sometimes behind schedule in making up our room. Food at this resort was... More

Stayed here with family and friends and we weren't disappointed ! The most beautiful location on Koh Chang. Fabulous to kayak down to the beach and an evening boat trip to see the fireflies is a must. Breakfast was great, only one negative thing is the rooms are getting a little tired and could do with some maintenance .

We booked this hotel based on their website and as others reviewers have pointed out, clearly the photos were taken some time ago. The resort is looking a little tired and the rooms definitely require some refurbishment. The cleanliness of the room left a little to be desired and there were cobwebs all over the ceiling and in the wardrobe.... More

Generally the resort is eco friend style ,pretty old but still ok condition some part need maintenance. Full with tropical gardens. The resort itself doesn’t have beach but the canal water is very clear and I think this was a very good point because no sticky skin feeling from the ocean wind at all. And they have a private beach... More

Absolutely great location and very peaceful as most reviews will reveal. Yes it could do with some paint here and there but its a great experience for 2-3 nights.Breakfast good, kayaking fun and the dinner boats earned me browny points with the girlfriend
