First of all, me and my friend choose this resort to spend our holiday. We arrived on the rainy day, after our registered the receptionist give the key and told the room number. We booked deluxe room and when we get to the room by the shuttle service which we have to have an umbrella all the way. The room... More

A well run resort with all amenities. Good for travelers with small kids as the fine sand beach fronting this resort is sloping gently into the waters. Plenty of sunbeds and shady trees by the beach. Massages offered on site cheap with the sea-breeze to unwind you fully. Customers here come from all corners of the globe, but are friendly... More

Beautiful Resort on the beach, clean grounds and beach not far from "Whitesands" area on Koh Chang, the restaurant overlooks the beach and has a fresh seafood bbq which is sensational and inexpensive for a resort the breakfast buffet which overlooks the lagoon is also great, we travelled there as a group and all stayed in the sea view villas... This resort, I have visited and stayed many times.......The staff are very friendly and always love to chat with us.......Even if, we are not staying at the resort, we would have our evening meals there.......It has a relaxing atomsphere and they have a lovely pool..... As for the beach, well, it's beside you, right next to the resort.......The views from... More

The beach and the sea were beautiful, there is no escaping it. But if you are looking for luxury on a Thai island then look somewhere else. We got the impression that Koh Chang is the most budget of all the islands and Klong Prao resort the most budget of resorts on this island. The rooms are basic but clean... More

Good enough for us - no luxery but very good. Staff very friendly. Newly renovated, started last year so we haven't seen the difference yet...we are usually there in the beginning of november, just before the great "invasion of tourists, so to speak" ALSO called high season.... Just spent 2 nights here, the room was 2,400 baht, little bit more than I like to pay, but to be honest it's hard to get rooms on a beach resort for less than 1,500 - 2,000 baht. We are a family of 4 and I thought the room was a pleasant change, 2 double beds, very large room, nice... More

The hotel is quite far from anything. The breakfast was pretty average, you could give it a miss. It gave us an upset stomach and was the only place to do so after spending three weeks in Thailand. The rooms are quite dated and the beds are hard but that's a given in Thailand. The pluses: The bbq dinner was... More

What a shame. Revisited this hotel because we were so impressed a few years ago to find a very tired hotel with unattentive abrubt staff not willing to help.We experienced 2 days of no hot water with 3 days of a leaking toilet and the bathroom floor flooded. This hotel has the most beautiful setting, white sandy beach, warm shallow clear sea,set around... Terrible place. Everything outdated: the pool, restaurant, rooms (even the deluxe room we booked). Rooms + public spaces are not clean. When we stayed here, there were only Russian people around. Atmosphere very much on making money and so un-Thai. We moved to a newly openend hotel a few hundred meters further, which was actually great. My advise: don't book!
