The beach is as perfect as it can get in Thailand. It is the reason why we staied there. We had the cheapest bungalow which was in my opinion still overpriced for the "comfort" we got. The bungalow is small and with two people sleeping it can get crowded as there is really no place to put your luggage, no... More

We stayed there 3 nights in october 2014, the first of them was the worst night ever. We had rats running around above our heads the whole night. We took the budget bungalow (on the right behind the restaurant) and in the night we realized why it was cheap. It was infested with rats that were running above on a... More

We usually enjoy the most simple and rustic places to stay at but this cabin did not have the charm that we were hoping for. The cabin was way too small for a family, the extra bed was just a plain mattress covering the only piece of floor there was, it had the kind of bathroom you try to avoid... More

Kk cottages is a well run, friendly and helpful place on the relaxed klong kloi beach. On a beautiful stretch of beach with hammocks and excellent service. All you need: fresh espresso, nice thai food, cocktails and cold beer... a place that makes it difficult to leave... their huts are small but ok: cheapest ones have a fan and floor... More

If your the type of person who enjoys luxury hotels then Klong Kloi is not for you. If on the other hand you want to feel like your in genuine thailand with real people and want a truly amazing experience then this is for you. We had just started a 6 month tour of Asia and Klong Kloi is still... More

Very beautiful and lovely people. Good bungalows and directly on the beach. The food is great and I love the sandwiches! Possible to hire kano's to explore the islands also very beautiful to do. Also Good for families!

When I first arrived on Koh Chang I wanted to get to a place the furthest away from the packed touristy areas and you can go no further than Klong Kloi beach. I stayed at Klong Kloi Cottages for 2 weeks. Wonderful location on the beach with a view of islands and local fishing village. Simple basic room with bathroom... More

Charming small cottages on the beach with over-sized bathrooms. The menu is extensive and the staff is very accomodating. A place for complete and absolute relaxation and there are friendly dogs who may adopt you and sleep on your porch. Well worth the multitude (air\ferry\cab or tuk-tuk) of transportations you will need to get there!

Our trip to Koh Chang was perfect, not in the least because of our stay at Klong Kloi Cottage. The rooms are basic: a full sized bed and a pretty bare bathroom but with the location on the beach, you'll barely be in your room anyways. We took a beach-front cottage for 500 Baht/night with a fan (they have ones... More

At the far eastern end of koh chang, but easy to access. I spent one week there in low season. A beautiful, clean and fostered beach with breathtaking view to some islands and the nearby fisher village. Great place to relax. Majuree, her friend and the friendly staff did the best to make my stay perfect. Her food is excellent... More
