This maison d'hote is completely charming. It's immediate environment is nothing to write home about, and is in fact seedy, but the sun terrace, the abundant garden and the charming rooms, immediately create an ambience of welcome. Guy and Pierre let you know about Pedros for lunch, the local tea house and the best restaurants. They willingly drop you off... More

This is a simple, clean guesthouse with a lovely garden, a nice terrace and an interesting library, run by a charming french owner. We went out for dinner and since it was quite far to walk back from the restaurant, the owner offered to pick us up. The breakfast was good. The only drawback was the rather loud minifridge in... Our best stay up to now. Really agree with all the ***** ratings. Clean oasis in all the dust. Outside the mechanic helped us with an electric problem on our car, for almost nothing. The men in the shops just outside are very kind and ok to trust. We stayed two additional nights! We enjoyed lots of clean towels and... More

What a beautiful riad & stunning gardens. On first arrival we were a bit worried as the riad is situated right in the middle of a mechanics, very busy & overwhelming. however, we were pleasantly surprised when we were let in. our room faced the garden and was lovely & extremely well equipped and nicely decorated. There was a bit... More

When we arrived it was very busy outside, lots of things going on but as soon as you enter Dar Beldi, you are welcomed into a place of safety and tranquility. The hosts made us feel welcomed and were helpful and polite! The breakfast was served on the roof terrace by Aziz, who was very friendly and helpful as well.... More

Guy and Pierre Yves have created a little oasis, the garden is beautiful and the terrace a great place to relax. Our room was small but we also had the use of a nearby lounge. Breakfast was excellent, all in all a lovely place to spend a few relaxing days

Brown stains on the "fresh" towels, room smelt of urine. No tv reception, wifi slow almost doesn't work. Shower pressure weak. Te road outside is horrendous, with working men staring at you as u walk past, intimidating environment to be alone at night. manager stinks of alcohol all day and the charge of the room was supposed to be 60... One thing is certain is that outfits your friend made no secret of his anatomy. Our staff and boys in our neighborhood really are not bad, they just had fun your way. This is not a reason to get revenge fabulant in our house. I do not drink all day, your room did not smell of urine and towels were... More

Dar Beldi is an amazing oasis in what is basically still a simple, honest fishermen village, with lovely friendly people. Guy and Pierre-Yves have created a perfect place from which to explore Oualidia. It's only a 300m walk down to the best spot in the lagune, exactly opposite to 'Plage Paradis', so you're a two minute boat trip away. It's... More

We spent the first 2 nights of our trip here and found it a very peaceful haven. The street outside was noisy and dirty but once through the gate, all was calm. The garden was a lush little jungle. Our hosts Guy and Pierre Yves were very accommodating and drove us into the main town area for dinner one night.... More

The place is very nice and it is located within the cashba. The breakfast is excellent and the garden is beautiful. The marrocan staff is very nice and helpfull. The only cons is that the place is quite far from the beautiful beach, about 15 minutes walking and it is located in an awful street.
