This is a local Moroccan destination in the summer and I'm sure it gets busy, but in Oct it was perfect. Endless beaches, interesting lagoon and birds, boat trips and surfing. Hotel reminded me of a holiday camp but very good quality and the view from our room was spectacular. Food was simple and basic , oyster are of course... More

Before I write, I must say I was really in two minds about how I should post this note because we did have a great couple of days and the view and setting was stunning and the staff were lovely. .. But, you don't mind one or two Fawlty moments but there were just a few more than you'd really... More

Stayed here for two nights and had a lovely time. The view is absolutely magnificent. As noted elsewhere, the rooms are simple but ours was clean and comfortable. (No wifi in the room, however, although it appears there was wifi in the lobby.) Service was pleasant and helpful. Breakfasts were simple but tasty (breads and pastries) and fish dishes for... More

This is a relaxed hotel with relaxed staff making for a comfortable environment to sit back and take it easy in an amazing environment. The food was actually very good (in particular the locally caugh Moules), the rooms are basic but clean and there is plenty to do. If you want luxury and having your every whim catered to, this... A beautiful hotel greatly situated in front of the lagoon: the scenery is just magical. The garden is gorgeous and the rooms well decorated. We were however a bit disapointed by the food, not bad but does not equal the gorgeous scenery, which is a real pity. Breakfast was also not really something to remember. The staff was very helpful... More

The hotel is in a beautiful location and the service is excellent (special thanks to Mohammed). However, the prices are high for fairly basic rooms and an uninspiring pool. Also, if the weather is not good enough to simply lounge around swimming and sunbathing, there is nothing else to do.

i have been returning to this family run business for many ears now. why? beautiful rooms, very clean and well appointed, helpful and friendly staff, the magnificent dedication shown in such a flower/perfume filled garden, fresh seafood, ample breakfasts, a commanding view of the lagoon as it opens to the atlantic, lush lawns, gentle and quiet atmosphere and close enough... Fantastic location and staff. Hotel is really basic but as I knew it would be I was not disappointed. Food is amazing and the staff are so friendly , helpful and accommodating that it was a pleasure to be here. Stayed for 3 nights. I would advise anyone that to see Oualidia that 2 nights is really enough.
