Should not have stayed here on a holiday weekend.Bathrooms and showers were filthy. Also there should be some type of inforcement for people with dogs to clean up after their dogs poop at our campsite!!! Maybe you should visit the Yogi campground in Luray,Va. which I would rate excellent. They also fine dog owners $25 for not cleaning up after their... More

This was overall a good experience. The only problem we had was when the sewer pump in our area stopped working and there was quite an odor for a few hours. It was soon repaired and we were fine. The kids loved all that was offered. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Good times and return visits in the... More

Site was OK... Bathroom horrible. Only one bathroom for our side of the campground that you had to hike all they way back up to the pool to use. It was always gross... Way too many people for it to possible be clean at any time of the day. They did have a port a potty -- but I do... More

Thank you for your constructive criticism. We appreciate all that our guests have to say as it helps us to correct mistakes that may exist and to plan for future improvements. The splash zone is on our list of improvements, but unfortunately we needed to wait until the off season so we did not inconvenience all of our campers. We... More

FUN for the Family! We rented a cabin that slept 6 (4 boys ranging from 6 yrs. to 15 yrs.) - we weren't sure what to expect but were pleasantly surprised at how clean it was! There was a nice TV, which came in handy on a rainy evening, and a fireplace. The folks working the place were really cool... More

Thank you for your compliments! We are happy to hear that you had so much fun with us and enjoyed your tubing trip in spite of the long time. Because you came during the holiday weekend it was a little more pricey, but as you said we do have discounted times in which we still have activities and fun. Please... More

The camp spot was nice, the weather was good until a few thunderstorms made it a muddy mess at the camper. The bath house was a mess, the floor stayed wet all weekend, and it seemed like they were not being tended to as they should have been. I had my nephew and niece for the weekend, we floated the... Dirty and old cabin, our cabin was the only one without a grill outside and most cabins next to us were vacant, spider webs all over, we returned with skin rash and bites of who knows what! food at cafe was bad. Their lake was only a pond of standing water, dirty, full of dead and live bugs and it... More

This is such a great family campground. There is so much to do, from the water slides, jumpy pillows, lake, to just relaxing in the river. The staff are very interactive and very attuned to the needs of the campers. The best time of the year to go to Jellystone is October, when they celebrate Halloween every weekend!

We had such a good time camping over the holiday weekend and spending time in the river floating and lounging! Great facility and staff! Lots of activities for the kids to do and keep them busy! Rain or shine too! Also had clean facilities and food in the cafe was great!

Very Clean. Nice large & level sites to camp on. Great views of the Mountains. Tubing on the James River, Swimming Pool, Water Slides & Putt Putt. You can't go wrong staying here. If your coming here to Party All Night this is not the place. This is a Family Park. Almost everyone was in bed by 10PM. Don't get... More

Thank you for your continued patronage and your input about your most recent stay. It is difficult to respond to the survey answers as we do not have names to go with the suggestions. But each year improvements are made to the property and it is helpful to know how our guests feel and what they want us to improve... More
