Camped overnight in late October on our way to PA. Campers were sparse as we learned we followed 2 days of heavy rain. No one was in the office upon our late afternoon arrival, but assistance arrived as we were coming from the office. Personnel were most helpful in guiding us to a level site. We were unable to receive... More

This was advertised as a highly rated RV campground, and overall it was good, but very crowded. Our site was on gravel, not level which required some additional leveling. The bathrooms/showers were fine, and we took advantage of a nice laundry area. We found some of the areas behind the office very poorly marked, up on a hill, and so... More

This is a pretty wooded park. Although near highway there is surprisingly little noise because you drive into the woods away from traffic. Nice hosts that show you to your site. All sites in our area were very sloped listing to the passenger side of our motor home. Too bad. WIFI was horrible. Barely received email and couldn't send. Forget... More

I am sorry you had trouble with the WIFI. It is a little more complicated than just adding more lines. The issue these days is that everyone has a device they want to connect to our WIFI. When the campground is full that means we have at least 100 sites occupied. Each site will have upwards of 4 devices between... More

On way back from summer trip with travel trailer, decided to rest here for 2 days. The sites on woodsy although somewhat close to each other and situated on a hillside. Had trouble leveling but helpful staff went out of their way to loan us additional boards and even more wood to place under door steps. Owners are busy adding... More

Ok first off if you are one of those people that tends to use the bathroom a few times a night like me then reserve a deluxe cabin or see if there are any available. It kind of sucks walking past multiple camp sites in the middle of the night about 200 meters to use the bathroom. The delux cabins... More

It is true, if you book a cabin without a bathroom you will have to walk to the restroom facility. The same goes for tent sites. We are constantly receiving reviews for having some of the nicest, cleanest restrooms people have seen at a campground, so most people do not have a problem with the short walk to the restroom. We stayed at this campground for 2 nights on our way home from Nashville. We wanted to see the Natural Bridge which is nearby so we did that before coming in. They do not offer shuttles. The campground is a little hilly but we were able to level up. The staff is friendly and helpful. It has a nice pool... More

This is one of the nicest campgrounds I have visited. The staff was always a pleasure to talk to. My children loved the activities that were planned. The sites were no closer than any other campground I have visited, and everyone was very quite. Very relaxing trip!

Very convenient for base-camp, numerous sights throughout. Incredibly clean bath houses. Great firewood brought to our campsite, 90% hardwood guaranteed. Trash and aluminum recycling collected from campsite. Only drawbacks were road noise, can't do much about that! Tent-camped - very hard slag (couldn't drive stakes into ground) but numerous trees to make due for tarps, etc. Water and Electricity on... More

We stayed here for an overnight along our travel route. The staff was friendly and helpful. Had an escort to our site. Site was off level by 3" or so but the leveling blocks cured that issue. Did not use any facilities so I can not comment on that. The camp store looked ok, clean and organized. Overall the campground... More

At first we were disappointed with our site. It was narrow and off level. However, the owners went out of their way to help us get level. After driving around the camp we were impressed to see how the owners/family are working to improve the sites by adding decks and leveling the camp. Weekend activities were a blast, and we... More
