My husband and I stayed at Woodberry Inn over Labor Day weekend. The rooms are nice and very clean, beds aren't too comfy but are acceptable. Nothing like many Super 8's or Days Inn's which have always smelled damp and musty. The owners stay on site and are very courteous; they definitely go out of their way to make you... More

Nice hotel right on the Blue Ridge Mountain Parkway. Friendly staff to check us in, nice clean and quiet rooms. Very good restaurant on site. Reasonably priced. I will stay here again when I'm in the area.

We decided to travel from Milepost One of Skyline Drive to the end of the Blue Ridge with no set itinerary, no schedules and no reservations anywhere. And when possible, no chain hotels or restaurants. So as the day was ending we stopped at a BRP travel center to get some local intel and the desk clerk recommended we stay... More

My mom, sister and I stayed here two weekends ago and we really enjoyed our stay. I will not lie this Inn is very rustic! The rooms are older, but the inn keepers have really tried to make it cozy and comfortable. They are so kind and friendly too! It's not meant to be a place where you hang out... More

We had such a great stopover here on our trip through the Blue Ridge Mountains. The owners are so friendly and really try hard to made you feel at home. The rooms are good - clean, with a fridge and plenty of towels, plus lovely quilts. We had one overlooking the lake, which was lovely :) It was a bit... More

We enjoyed this VERY friendly place to stay overnight due to its extremely accommodating hosts, the availability of having dinner on the premises when we arrived, and because we could take our pet along. The room was plenty large, and the outside roaming area for our dog was just great. We think our dog probably sniffed every inch of the... More

We loved being able to have our pet with us in a comfortable room & have over 70 kin folks served a delicious lunch.(this was a family reunion) Very nice to have breakfast & to be right on the Blue Ridge Parkway, convenient to many family historical places & other interesting venues. Very kind & friendly hosts.

Shep and Angie are very accommodating hosts, and other staff very helpful. Very peaceful, no traffic noise, and close to Mabry Mill, Chateau Morrisette. and Floydfest. TV and WIFI if you want it. Plenty of towels, hot water, and great service.

Enjoyed the stay . Nice rooms with all the accommodations we needed. Pet friendly with plenty of room to walk the dog. Restaurant is awesome too. Homemade FF and fried pickles as vegetables also fresh zucchini available. Love the pond and the Hummingbirds.
