This was our third trip to Massanutten, but our first was over 25 years ago. This area is just so lovely, with so much to do. We ended up renting 2 units this time, and as we rented them at separate times, they were about 10 minutes apart! Both were lovely, comfortable accommodations with well equipped kitchens, and jacuzzi tubs.... More

If you have children they should not get bored at this resort. 6 outdoor pools, 4 indoor pools and a water park for the young, old, and young at heart. Water slides, tubing, zip lines, putt putt golf, regular golf, game rooms, tennis, basketball courts, skiing, and the list goes on. And activities galore for the kids. Our condo was... More

Water activities, Outdoor Pool, Indoor Pool, Restaurant, Pony ride, picnicking, arcade games are within distances but need to drive to get to your lodging. The rooms are spacious and have its own kitchen so you bring in your own food, then drive out to your activity of choice. Its landscape is breathtaking, but you have to be willing to drive... More

We went there off season, in November 2013. It was neither warm enough for summer activities nor cold enough to take advantage of the slopes. We had fun there nevertheless. I went with 2 kids pre-school age and my retired mom. The resort, surprisingly, has lots of activities scheduled, some are free and others are for a small fee ($10-15).... More

We filled out an entry form at a Italian restaurant to win a vacation. We received a call letting us know that we won. We were pressured into choosing a date and with full time college and full time school, we could only stay a night. We went to the over priced watermark and the next day a tour. We... More

Circumstances dictated we take summer vacation later this year than usual. Massanutten Virginia surfaced as a choice. "A summer vacation at a ski resort," I said. It turns out time, vision and finance have made the Massanutten Resort a year round vacation spot. There is plenty to do and see in the area, not to mention it is a two... More

Tonight, I attempted to attend the beer Makers dinner at the conference Center. We have a member of our party who is in need of gluten free food. We made this very clear when we checked in on SATURDAY. We were assured everything would be taken care of. We have attended this function several times in the past without any... More

We saw an ad earlier this summer for a 4 night stay at Massanutten for $500 which also included 4 passes to the waterpark. We just returned. We were in the Woodstone Condo area and the condo had a main entrance and then two separate condos that were part of the package. The smaller condo did not have a stove... More
