We were guests thru an exchange property. What an amazing home. Gorgeous inside and out. Spacious rooms, high ceilings and huge windows, fireplaces in liv rm and master br. Master bath has Jacuzzi tub. One car garage was helpful during the cold days and rain this week. Very close to the Woodstone rec center. Toured the whole resort property. So many activities... More

We "won" a timeshare trip here and we were very excited to go. We knew we were in a for a time because of course we were doing the timeshare presentation so the entire weekend was free and they gave a visa gift card. So here's the skinny on Massanutten Resort in McGaheysville, VA. The Condo It is way up... More

Just coming home from a week at Massanuten Resort. We stayed in the Regal Vista Condos which is a gated community at the bottom of the mountain. Because these have been recently built, everything was is great condition in. Large open kitchen, dining room, living room with a large TV mounted above the electric fireplace. Main bedroom had an electric... More

My family and I stayed at Massanutten Resort in a Woodstone condo the first week of November 2014. During our visit, my husband woke one morning covered in bites. They turned out to be bedbugs. It has been devastating to deal with this and I urge you not to stay here.

Third visit to Massanutten and the resort hotel. The resort is kid friendly and has plenty of activities and at reasonable prices. The hotel room was clean and had the basic amenities, but is showing its' age (old style TV and phone, etc.). Breakfast at the nearby Fairway Restaurant was good.

We have visited Massanutten many times but our recent visit left a lot to be desired. A largely timeshare community we were disappointed by the accommodations we were offered. As a very fit couple over 60 we were amazed that we were assigned to a unit with 40 steps to entrance and then 3 levels inside. We complained and were... More

We were given a two night stay at the Massanutten Hotel in exchange for the 4 1/2 hour tour that we took. They have five, three story hotel buildings. I was expecting much, and that is just what we got. The hotel is of the quality of a Motel 8. The carpet in the room needed replacing ten years ago.... More

This was our second trip to Massanutten Resort - both stays at Woodstone Meadows at the foot of the mountain. It is important to understand that while hotel rooms are available, this resort is a timeshare condominium concept. There are different communities within the Resort and each offers a unique experience. We traded in through RCI for a one week... More

We love this resort! The best time to visit is in autumn when the leaves have changed into those bright, brilliant reds, oranges and yellows. The scenery is just perfect! However anytime of year is great to go. They are truly a four seasons resort. There is so much for the whole family to do, and the staff are super... More

This is a resort well designed for families with school age kids and people interested in mountain biking, hiking, skiing/snow boarding in winter and swimming and water park in the summer. The mountain views on the property are splendid! The unit we stayed in for 4 days with RCI (Woodbridge) overlooked the parking lot. Odd unpleasant "freshener" odor inside the... More
