The staff is very friendly, really seems like they want to help. The hotel is clean, though the stairwell has a musty smell. Old school tvs. Bathroom area is small, but who really needs a cavernous bathroom? Sink area is outside the bathroom and that could definitely be bigger - only room for one person in front of the mirror...

Nothing fancy or exciting about this hotel, just a place with a bed and a tv. Its conveniently located off of Candlers Mountain road with a Applebees right next to it, if that's your type of thing.

When traveling to Lynchburg, VA for business I often stay at the Sleep In on Chandler's Mtn. Road because of the combination of price, location, and overall hotel condition. Recently the carpet was replaced and the hotel is also smoke free which is always a plus.

Location, Location, Location!
