Really like the new style of Springhill Suites, modern style with living area in front part of room with partition for beds. Very clean, nice staff and easy access to highway. We were looking at colleges in Lnchburg so this was a nice place to stay and be able to see all three in the area.

In Lynchburg, there are 2 Marriott properties, if you are a Marriott fan I definitely prefer the Springhill. The hotel is newer, service is awesome, they had a managers reception a couple of nights. The room was great and the staff very upbeat. The room was very spacious wit sofa and mini kitchen. One TV shared between bed area and living room. TV reception on some news channels was poor but since I needed some sleep it was not an issue.

This hotel is still pretty new and still has that new hotel smell. The staff is very friendly, breakfast is plentiful and fresh. The rooms are typical Springhill rooms.
