I planned to visit Lexington Virginia, to visit friends and relatives and I started looking online for hotels and restaurants. I found some reviews of some hotels and restaurants and I decided to stay at Best Western at Hunt Ridge. I had read some bad recommendations on G.Willaker's restaurant and so I wanted to avoid going there. However, my friends... more

Right around the corner from the arena. Great rate for those attending events at the Horse Center. Wonderful staff and most of all clean. more

Had reservations for a king suite with sofa bed. When checked in we found out this was the Handicap room. This was there king suite. Needless to say we were somewhat upset as all the facilities were for handicap. Drawers super deep, closet rod low, so pants drug on the floor. Then the bathroom, was outfitted with portable shower head.... more

We usually stay somewhere else when in Lexington, but decided to try someplace new. Before checking into the hotel, we went to dinner at the restaurant on Sunday evening. Waited 15 minutes for ice tea. Another 10 minutes for our order to be taken. Then the inedible food was served (I'm not kidding - inedible). We were very hungry and... more

Stayed at this hotel for a horse show at the Lexington Horse Center. Being very close to show grounds was a"+". The hotel is older and smelled of mold in the room. Room was nicely cleaned but beds are older so aren't very comfy. It was nice to have a refrigerator in the room to bring in waters/food from the... more

I had stayed here a few years ago and really liked it. When I saw that the Hampton Inn Col Alto was booked for this particular weekend, I decided to give the Best Western another shot. It seems to have aged a lot. The carpet was gross and the walls are incredibly thin. I had to beg to be moved... more

This hotel was just a little on the outskirts of Lexington, and was a nice enough stay. The beds were a little small, but no real complaints. Oh, and the walls are thin. My mom overheard some neighbors 'having intimate fun' in the next room, that was kind of gross. Also, skip the attached restaurant (GWillakers or something?). We had... more

This looks like a newer hotel and is very clean in the common areas as well as the rooms. We had a double suite which was very roomy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I only have two complaints. One is that the walls and ceiling/floor were incredibly thin causing us to hear just about everything going on around... more

Friends and I stayed here during a multiple day horse show. It was very close to show grounds which was a huge plus. Daily maid service was appreciated as inevitably we tracked in dirt, hay etc. Heat and AC worked well. We didn't make it in the pool but it looked nice. Clean, comfy, quiet and well located - a... more

This hotel was very nice. Great rates, rooms were clean, maid service was excellent, and a convenient location. If I had anything to complaine about it would be the restaurant, out of 4 stars it gets 1/2 a star. I would definitely recommend this hotel, but to eat, I suggest you go elsewhere. There are plenty of places nearby. more
