Staff is very accommodating. Internet access excellent. Has a refrigerator and safe in each room. The rooms are the usual size for double beds. Very convenient to Washington and Lee and Virginia Military Institute and the old part of Lexington. Also near the Devils Backbone Microbrewery and the only Lowe's and Walmart in the area. Easy on and off I64... More

This is a great option if you are staying in the Lexington area and do not want to be close to the downtown. Our GPS does not get us to the hotel in an efficient manner so that is always an issue but other than that it is easy to find once you are off of the highway. We like... More

Check-in was fast. Staff very helpful and friendly. They were kind enough to allow late check out since our daughter was a flower girl in a wedding and didn't need to be at the location until later in the afternoon. Room was clean. Only issues were the floor in room 122 was damp between the air conditioner in the wall... More

Stayed here for one night while on our way to Tennessee. Came to the hotel late (1130pm) and needed to crash for the night on our way to our destination. It was clean and comfortable and my daughter loved the duck. Also I thought the towels were great, very plush. The complimentary breakfast was also very nice with many options.... More

The maid went through my luggage and took a blouse, eyeliner and makeup brush. The manager accused me of misplacing them. If you do stay here I suggest locking up your belongings or keeping them in your car.

We stayed two nights so we could visit friends and take in some historical sites. The Rooms were well kept. We had refrigerator as requested. Wifi we did not use as we used data plan. Faster!! Continental breakfast was limited but that could be because of the construction workers that were staying there as well and of course were up... More

Service at the desk was very friendly, albeit a little slow (especially since I was the only one there). But when I got to my room I was really disappointed. Linens were way past the use-by date, a filthy rubber duck sat next to a sign on the sink counter. Thermostat blew irregularly all night. The only redeeming thing I... More

Unfortunately my granddaughter and I were caught in Lexington during the snowstorm on Saturday. I was pleased that I was able to get to the hotel about 1pm and they had an available room (+). Check-in was quick and efficient as I had called a few minutes before we left the tennis tournament at W & L (+) the clerk... More

On arrival the lady on the desk was not very helpful and forthcoming with information. Our room was clean and tidy, although only one blanket was provided and we were very cold the first night. We tried to get extra blankets but were not successful. We ended up covering the bed with jumpers and coats for more warmth. We did manage... More

Thanks for your review, I'm sorry it sounds as though you really didn't enjoy your stay with us. Our bedding is like most other hotel chains, no more heavy blankets or bed spreads. I'm glad you asked for and received extra covers for the second night. The outside corridor builds can be a challenge. Guests either love them or hate... More

It was an average stay for 1 night in Lexington. Stayed because the price was reasonable. Was fine for one night. I was disappointed when the room was supposed to have a refrigerator and did not. Other than that I didn't really have any problems. The bed was standard for a hotel, pretty firm. Wish there were more blankets or... More

Average Stay....OUCH! That's OK. We'll build on it and do better next time. I agree with the comforter remark. Unfortunately all of the hotel chains have changed the rules and no longer allow them. They like the fresh look of triple sheeting and duvets. I'm sure in a few more years the comforters will be back. If you visit us... More
