My girlfriend and I stayed for a weekend in Deerfield Cottage. It was immaculately clean and exactly as described on the Autumn Ridge website. Everything necessary for a private, carefree weekend was available; cooking essentials, full kitchen, bed and bath amenities, outdoor grilling and lounging equipment. Enjoy the rustic atmosphere inside the cottage, the peacefulness and quiet privacy outdoors, and... More

My wife & I left our kids behind and spent the weekend at Autumn Ridge. The weather was turning nice and springlike and we were able to enjoy some meals sitting on the front porch...beautiful and peaceful surroundings, even got to watch a rabbit munching on the grass. On the flip side, that prevented us from enjoying the fireplace! Oh... More

Located high on a ridge just outside of historic Lexington, the Autumn Ridge cottages are a must stay destination. We stayed in the Twin Leaf cottage. It offers the perfect blend for a relax romantic getaway and a form to re-energize once self from our regular lives. Historic Lexington offers the perfect setting to disconnect from our daily routines. Autumn Ridge Cottages are definitely... More

My wife and I were looking for a quiet place to stay that was cozy and secluded but not too far from civilization. We found it in our stay at Twinleaf. After a few hours of searching the internet I stumbled across the Autumn Ridge cottages and decided to give it a try. The price was affordable and the cabin... More

My husband and I stayed for several nights at the Bayberry Cottage and loved it! We are both on special diets so the fully equipped kitchen was great. It was so relaxing, we didn't want to go out. It was also very romantic! One night we just had a fire going, played your scrabble game, and drank wine. Never did... More

We just visited the Autumn Ridge Cottages in Lexington VA - wonderful! Three beautifully decked out cottages with ALL the amenities only minutes from Lexington's city center. Just a perfect "mini-break" for us out of D.C.! Loved the Fall Colors, good food/tourist sites in Lexington, and getting away from it all for a weekend! HIGHLY Recommend for a "extremely comfortable"... More

Oct. 19, 2014 It was my first time staying at Autumn Ridge Cottages in Lexington VA, and I was very pleasantly surprised. The cottage, Twinleaf, was adorable and absolutely immaculate. The location is only a few minutes from downtown Lexington, Washington & Lee University and VMI, yet you feel like you are in the middle of the countryside. It is... More

Everything was wonderful, I am a clean freak and absolutely enjoyed finding the snowy white towels and washcloths. Needless to say the cabin was immacutely clean and the bed was so comfortable, I raised the sheets to see what the secret was. Attention to detail has not been missed, they even had a fire laid and all we had to... More

Really nice quiet cabin . Saw a family of wild turkeys walk by each morning. Very nice cabin (Bayberry) will stay again ! You seem like a million miles away but this hideaway is really close to all the Downtown spots.
