My wife and I had a very relaxing fall weekend at the Stoneridge Bed and Breakfast. The B&B is located several miles outside of Lexington and is located on a very expansive lawn with mountain views. Rooms: Our room was very clean and nicely decorated. It included two comfortable chairs, a queen bed and a closet. Each day, they set... more

What a beautiful home set on 30 acres. The home is 180 years old, that is the middle part, two sections were built on later, but the origional structure is evident, the molding, fireplaces and floors are origional. The furniture is antique and elegant. Evelyn is a friendly host, and boy,can she cook. You look at the sausage, eggs, baked... more

Our stay at Stoneridge was truly a delightful experience. The property is nestled in the wooded hills of the Shenandoah Valley just minutes away from historic Lexington. If you are looking for somewhere to spend a restful, peaceful weekend - this is the place. The innkeepers, Jim and Evelyn, are warm and friendly and they make you feel at home.... more

My husband raved about this place after we left as though he had stayed at a Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton. I felt it was nice but was not as enthusiastic. The woman we spoke to when we made our reservation was very helpful and patient with directions from downtown Lexington. Our names were printed on a sheet of paper... more

We stayed at Stoneridge B&B for one night on our trip through the Blue Ridge Parkway in Oct. We were first greeted at the door by a letter in a picture frame welcoming us with a Happy Anniversary note. We were then shown around the property, then led to our room which was perfectly made up and appointed. I always... more

Our second stay was as enjoyable as the first. Hosts are gracious and surroundings are comfortable. Wonderful gourmet breakfasts. Beautiful grounds. We were delayed in our arrival due to flight problems. How wonderful to see hosts smiling at the door at 11:30 PM to welcome us. more

We just arrived home from a one night getaway to Stoneridge Inn and miss it already. Evelyn and Sandy were wonderful hosts (Jim was not feeling well and John was out of town so we did not get to meet them). The house was beautiful and immaculate. We had dinner at the Inn last night and the food was fabulous.... more

Stoneridge is a lovely B&B located about 4 miles from the city center of Lexington, KY. The innkeepers are welcoming, informative and attentive to their guests. The five guest rooms are large, well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast is included and yummy. A dinner menu is available on site for occasional in-house dining. We didn't eat at the inn so we... more

STONERIDGE B&B For three nights, we had the privilege of staying in Stoneridge B&B in Lexington, Virginia. The B&B is owned and managed by Jim and Evelyn. Their son John and daughter-in-law Sandy prepare and serve the food. The B&B is a short drive from downtown Lexington and major highways. The B&B has five guest rooms. My wife and I returned to Lexington for my law school reunion and stayed at the Stoneridge B&B. It was marvelous. We had an upstairs room that had an exterier entrance. It was nicely furnished with a great jacuzzi tub. Being separated from the rest of the house made it a more peaceful stay. Breakfast was great. We'll be back! more
