Spacious, comfortable rooms. The freshest, most beautiful fruit bowl for breakfast, followed by amazing french toast! Top notch. Highly recommend. Would be an expecially nice place for several couples/families, since it has several common gathering areas. Always wanted to fill a large dining room table like this one with close friends and families. The hosts are kind and generous.

We have found our "go to" place for our yearly trek south. What a delightful inn run by an even more delightful couple! Truly Landey and Becky Patton, the owners of this beautiful B&B, could not have been more welcoming. We were made to feel as though we were visiting old friends. The inn itself is a former fraternity house.... More

My husband and I found ourselves in the middle of horrible weather on the freeway. Since we were traveling with our three month old daughter, we decided to pull off and find a place to stay the night. It was Valentine's Day and we found this gem. The hosts were so wonderful and were so accomodating for our last minute... More

What an incredible gem in the heart of historic Lexington, VA. We were greeted and welcomed by Landey, the owner and charming host of the inn. The rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious, and spotless. Home-made breakfast was served fresh and it was abundant. We stayed just for one night as we were passing by. We can't wait to come back... More

Of all the places we have been around the world this is the very best lodging we have stayed at. The accommodations and hosts are outstanding, and the location is perfect. It is a short walk to downtown and the lexington neighborhood is wonderful. Highly recommend the Abigail Inn if you are interested in a getaway or visit to Lexington... More

The owners are wonderful and pleasant, the food is delicious and the beds are extremely comfortable. It's not even a 5-minute walk to the trendy downtown of Lexington. The inn also has a beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. Highly recommend for singles, couples or families!

We stayed at the inn over the Thanksgiving holiday. The owners are very gracious people and make you feel welcomed in their home. The bedrooms are named after presidents and each room is decorated beautifully. The food was fabulous! The owners made sure to always call us by name and made us feel like part of their family. If you... More

My husband and I stayed at the inn one night while on a road trip down the Blue Ridge Parkway. The inn exceeded our expectations and was beautiful. It was close to downtown, which was a very nice town to walk through, and the room we stayed in was spacious and clean. The inn keepers were very welcoming and took... More

We were celebrating our ten-year anniversary and had actually stayed here ten years before! We can honestly say this place has become better than it even was before!
