We enjoyed the intimate scale and welcoming staff of this classy little hotel near Charlottesville. The recently redesigned Pete Dye course is wonderfully playable, and only steps from the hotel. The fitness center offered yoga and other classes--a nice feature. Our third floor junior suite was bright, roomy, and well-appointed. The amply sized bathroom had a pedestal sink, but lacked... We enjoyed a relaxing long weekend getaway at Keswick Hall. Everything was spectacular - the room was comfortable, the grounds were beautiful, golf course in excellent shape, and the staff were so helpful and pleasant. My wife had a phone call scheduled shortly after we arrived and Lisa was so great - she had our room prepared for us immediately... More

Having stayed here twice in the past, we were anxious to return to Keswick to celebrate my wife's birthday and experience the recent changes to the property. The grounds are as serene and lovely as ever, the redesigned Pete Dye golf course is a great improvement on the old course and is quite playable, the other facilities - spa, fitness... More

Our guest rooms each have a unique floor plan and bathroom set-up, and even within general room categories, there are some differences. We are happy to accommodate individual preferences and limitations; please just let us know. Thank you for bringing the water pressure to our attention so that we can address that. Regarding the pool area, we do understand your... More

We recently spent a weekend at Keswick Hall on a weekend getaway, our first time there. The property is lovely and the drive up on a sunny day is spectacular; it is quite isolated but with a car it is really quite easy to drive to Monticello, Charlottesville or to the local wineries. The courtyard is very tranquil with a... More

First time guests. Wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. They clearly wanted the guests to have a good experience. The surroundings were beautiful. It is not cheap, but we would definitely go back. Lots to do in the area.

This is the best hotel I've stayed in the U.S. Mir remind me of Hotel Caruso in Italy, where I went for my honey moon. The staff is fantastic, the food is delicious and the pool area is great. We traveled with two young children, and we were very welcomed there. Will return for sure!

My husband and I decided to stay here for our anniversary after hearing such great things about it. The hotel truly is beautiful and the guest service staff were exceptional. They sent chocolates and prosecco to our room after we mentioned it was our anniversary. My husband had flowers delivered to the room, when we were leaving one of the... More

We spent 2 nights at Keswick over the July 4 weekend. We first visited here about 10 years ago, when the property was part of Orient Express. Things are as good or better than we remember. Perfect and elegant place to unwind - we never left the property. Spent most of our time at the infinity pool, which was exactly... More

The rest needs work. Doors to the balcony were broken. Make up mirror drooped to the point of making it useless. TV guide was inaccurate. Restaurant, "are you still working at it." $37 daily guest fee,, two of the three days no newspaper. Armoire which served as the closet had hangers too large to allow the doors to close. Fitness... Keswick Hall is a modern creation of an English tradition: the luxurious country house hotel. This is a place where you come to relax, to honeymoon, to golf and to eat. There's not much else to do (unless you are into archery), other than visit the # 1 local sight: Thomas Jefferson's Monticello. The rooms are elegant and spacious, some... More
