Keswick Hall is a modern creation of an English tradition: the luxurious country house hotel. This is a place where you come to relax, to honeymoon, to golf and to eat. There's not much else to do (unless you are into archery), other than visit the # 1 local sight: Thomas Jefferson's Monticello. The rooms are elegant and spacious, some... More

Spent 3 days here as a base for touring the Shenandoah Valley. Unfortunately a power cut caused by the Tropical Storm meant we were unable to try dinner in Fossett's but that was outside the hotel's control. The alternative dining options were perfectly OK. The pool area is delightful with views over the golf course and the fitness center is... More

While only a 1 night stay everything was done to make our unannounced stay memorable. Accommodations and comfort were first class.. Veranda overlooking the fountains, molten Brown toiletries, great staff that chose a portugese cabernet wine i'd never heard of great and only $37 and the breakfast waitress who moved me off bacon to a superb Virginia Ham. Helpful front... More

A beautiful lodge tucked away behind an exclusive, gated community, Keswick Hall sits on a world-class golf course with quiet and elegant touches. The food, service and rooms exceeded my expectations. I didn't know about the beautiful, horizon pool and regretted not bringing my bathing suit. The food was exceptional, the staff attentive and the room quiet and gorgeous (complete... More

We stayed at Keswick Hall at the recommendation of friends. It was a lovely place. Planning the trip was excellent - Lisa at the front desk goes above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. You can pretty much request anything from her and she will do her best to get it. She arranged my husband's fishing and golf, and... More

This was our second stay at Keswick Hall. It more than met our expectations. The pictures don't lie - the hotel and surroundings are beautiful. Every member of staff was gracious and helpful. Customer focus is clearly a priority. We will be back.

Beautiful pastoral location during any season. We've been 4 times and each season brings out a different beauty and charm. The hotel is elegant in every way. Great service, you are addressed by your name from the moment you walk in by all the staff. Pet friendly in a big way -- they fuss over you and are glad you're... More

We stayed at Keswick years ago and had a much better experience. Although it's historic and in a beautiful area the cleanliness has decreased greatly. The room had a few issues and the spa was one of the dirtiest I have seen (dirty showers, full waste cans, towels piled high). My husband played golf and the course was in average... More

Keswick hall is a hotel and country club. Fascinating history . Rooms are beautiful. The Bar is open to the public and a great place to sit outside , look at the beautiful views and have a glass of wine.

I "met" Keswick Hall in challenging circumstances--leading a trip for 30 mostly-senior citizens from southern California. And Keswick Hall more than rose to the occasion. Of course, the hotel and setting was beautiful--it floored my guests who have traveled all over the world. And the food was amazing, both in the restaurant that sports the most magnificent windows over the... More
