Spent a romantic 3 day weekend at the Keswick for New Year's Eve and New Years. This was our second stay at the property. Small size allows for a great guest/staff ratio. Property offers beautiful views of the surrounding golf course and grounds. Very large guest rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. During this visit we encountered a few issues... More

Beautiful property with very good face-to-face service. We were there on a cold weekend and found the hotel cozy and comfortable. Room 2 is small with limited non-bed seating but in better weather, you can make use of the very pretty outdoor space. Housekeeping could be a little sharper viz wiping down the bathroom surfaces. Fossetts has spectacular views and... More

The fireplaces really do create a wonderful ambiance throughout the resort! Thank you for sharing your time with us over the chilly days. On your next visit, please do not hesitate to let us know if you experience an "opportunity" as we would like nothing more than to remedy it for you immediately! We look forward to your return! Very traditional atmosphere, great service, best for a couples weekend. Not much for kids to do, other than the pool which is small. The nice infinity pool is adult only. Nice touches such as complimentary coffee, tea & miniature muffins in the morning followed by cider & the best cookies ever in the afternoon. They truly aim to please &... More

Thank you for visiting Keswick Hall and for the kind words! While archery, bikes and the Club Pool are available year-round for children, be sure to come back Memorial Day through Labor Day when the Pavillion Pool, game room and children's activities are in full swing! We hope to see you soon! More

Keswick Hall is our go-to get away spot (from Washington DC). At just over 2 hours away, it feels like a whole different world and is so very very relaxing. First, the positives: They are pet friendly! the staff obviously loves dogs and goes the extra mile to make our little girl feel special and like one of the family... More

Beautiful setting, outstanding guest service, and wonderful food in the horse country of Charlottesville. A 48 room mansion, with outdoor heated pool, indoor/outdoor pool, and great golf course. Puts the grandeur of a large hotel in a smaller setting, with beautiful grounds. Right next to Keswick Hunt Club, where you can walk over and see the hunting dogs and puppies!

During your next visit, be sure to walk with the hounds! Almost everyday, they are exercised by walking through the estate and resort guests are welcome to walk with them. It is truly a neat experience to be surrounded by 40-50+ hounds in a pack! Our concierge is happy to let you know the times! See you soon! More

Yet another delightful visit to Keswick Hall. This was one of the rare trips where we were able to make it during the holiday season. Everything is just so beautiful. The decorations are spot on. It's like having a really rich friend and you're invited to stay at their house but your friend isn't there but his staff is so... More

When we arrived at the majestic property, I was overtaken by the beauty. Our room was well appointed, but the service we received was on par with some of the finest places we have ever stayed. The service was impeccable, but discreet. Wherever we went on the property, the staff knew our names, even when we visited the spa for... More

Ask for room "21" if you want the best balcony and the best view. The room is smallish but the view is big big. The property is totally outstanding from the sumptuous dining to the walk through the grounds. We had most of the left side of the menu and every selection was generous in size and gourmet in quality.... More

We just stayed two nights at Keswick for a wedding and it was fantastic. Beautiful property just outside of Charlottesville on what amounts to a private estate complete with golf course and hunt club. The staff is incredibly friendly and takes an active interest in ensuring guests are pampered in a discreet, unobtrusive manner. We can't wait to go back.

We visited Keswick Hall in late Oct., and unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate. It rained for the entire visit, and we only had the opportunity to appreciate the view on the day we left. The first Concierge we dealt with (Kathleen) was not as helpful as she should have been, but Lisa Decker was fantastic! She went the extra mile... More
