Our beautiful bedroom and deluxe bathroom were a wonderful retreat from the cold, snowy weather. Best of all was our dining experiences. Dayn prepared a deliciously creative 5-course dinner for us. He also tailored our breakfast based on our past culinary hit experiences that we had described to him the night before. We hope to return in the spring when... More

My husband surprised me with a romantic weekend to this bed and breakfast. It was my first bed and breakfast. It was phenomenal. Everyone talks about the food and everything stated is correct---the owner is a wonderful chef. Make sure you have dinner there--it was fantastic. We stayed in the cottage which is the way to go. I would have... More

This was our second trip here and we are happy to report that we still loved it. The location near excellent dining and wineries is great, but the food at the manor is worth never leaving. Not only is the breakfast far beyond your typical B&B, but the optional multi-course dinner was top notch. We continue to love the Windsor... More

My fiancee and I first stayed at Glen Gordon a couple of years ago for a night. Having held it in high esteem since then, we recently stayed here for a second time this fall, and it remains our favorite B&B out of the many we've been fortunate enough to visit. The food and the hospitality are out of this... More

We got engaged and spent the weekend celebrating and relaxing at Glen Gordon Manor. We rented a car and drove out to rural Virginia. It's a BEAUTIFUL part of the country. We stopped at a vineyard for a wine tasting then to a cabin at a bed and breakfast (Glen Gordon Manor). My fiance had the room prepared with red... More

Glen Gordon Manor is like no other place I've been. When you arrive, they greet you with champagne, take you on a tour of the gorgeous rooms and then show you to your own amazing suite. Later, you have a fabulous dinner, like you're at one of the best restaurants wherever you live. If you have any food issues (&... More

My husband and I enjoyed a five course dinner paired with wine for my birthday. We were the only two guests dining there, but were warmly welcomed. Every course was amazing, wine selections were excellent and service was top notch. We received a tour of the home, which has been beautifully remodeled and upgraded. It was too dark to see... More

Having stayed at Glen Gordon Manor several times since they opened, it never ceases to amaze me how they continue to impress each and every time we return to this heavenly retreat. From offering guests a glass of champagne or wine upon arrival as a welcome treat, to a personal guided tour of the Manor, where British Royalty were hosted,... More

We spent two nights at Glen Gordon Manor celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. We had an amazing time. We stayed in a suite in the Cottage and the bed was great, the ipad with the sound system throughout the suite was wonderful, and everything was peaceful and private. We loved walking the grounds, seeing the horses, and just relaxing. Chef... More

I got an marketing email from mercedes benz suggesting the Glen Gordon. I looked at the pics and other reviews and booked a stay. The drive was easy and when we arrived it was everything and more for a weekend getaway 1.5 hrs from dc. I am highly recommend the cottage. Everything about our trip was amazing, the food, venue,...
