This trip was to visit Hersey Park with 2 grandchildred. The free breakfast was fresh and tasty. Sausage, pancakes, potatoes, eggs, fruit, breads, etc. Great value with kids. Both an indoor and outdoor pool with plenty of towels. Staff was friendly. Rooms were large and have fridge, microwave and stove. The front desk has a list of directions to various... More

Could be a 4 but rated a 3 for various reasons: First would like to state that the staff at this hotel is very courteous, friendly and helpful. However, our room was not ready upon arriving 30 mins past check in - had to wait an additional 20 mins in the lobby (we were told we could have one snack... More

We visited Harrisonburg to see Luray Caverns and the Shenandoah Caverns. During our weekend vacation, we stayed at the Residence Inn Marriott, Harrisonburg. We had a room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The room was comfortable, functional, and very clean. There were a variety of items served for breakfast, both hot and cold (it was delicious) and the facility... More

We decided to stay here instead of on the grounds of Massanutten (which actually worked out really well for us). I'm sure my family would consider me very particular when it comes to hotel living and this hotel exceeded my expectations. As others have said, the staff is very nice and friendly. The room is clean and modern and rooms... More

This hotel is off I-85 so there is no highway noise. This was important as we needed to sleep undisturbed as we continued our trip. Did not run the air conditioner as that seemed loud. We had a nice suite that was very clean and nicely furnished. Bathroom was super clean. Lots of kids were in the hotel but we... More

My Kids used the pool- it was open till 11pm. We saw people sitting out around a fire pit and it looked like... More

I really wanted to rate this hotel as Excellent, but because they are so kid unfriendly I couldn't. The hotel is made of wood so you hear every little noise. That's not good with kids. The people below us could hear every step my son made. We travel a lot, and this was our first stay in a wood hotel.... More

We stayed when we eloped and was very pleasantly surprised with the great touches. The rooms are very roomy and comfortable. Our room had a two-burner glasstop range, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, disposal and dishwasher. The large TV was on a swivel so we can turn it to face the bed or the sitting area. There are plenty of outlets.... More
