stayed for 5 nights,confirmed rates at each increase in nights as we had originally booked for two, but it made no difference,we were still overcharged , no safe deposit boxes despite room dossier saying they are available . food in restaurant was ok but on the whole i have stayed at better Holiday inns more

We had no hot water for 2 days. The hotel staff kept saying it was being fixed but each morning when ready for a hot shower, there was NO hot water.
