I was a little hesitant after reading the reviews on this site, but had booked a great rate and decided to keep the reservation. Stayed here in March 2009 for a 3-night event at the nearby Coliseum which left all the hotels in the area completely booked and with hugely inflated prices. Hotel room was incredibly clean upon arrival and... more

Convenient location just off I-64 and close to many restaurants, malls, Wal Mart and more. A little difficult to find at night because the property is behind the Hilton Garden Inn and the sign is hidden by shrubbery. There's a quiet residential neighborhood on the back side. Plenty of free parking in a well-lit parking lot. Spacious sunny lobby and... more

My family and I went to Hampton for my aunt's birthday. We didn't think the hotel would be so nice. As soon as you walk in the lobby is very decorative and modern. I loved it! The rooms were great. Great space, refrigerator, computer desk with chair, sofa and table, sink and microwave. The only thing was that the place... more

After reading a few of the negative reviews of this property, we were a bit hesitant about keeping the reservation that we had booked here. As we always do after checking in, we went to the room...without our luggage...to look for the dirty walls, doors, and carpet. Finding NONE of them, we got our bags from the car, took them... more

I choose this hotel because i usually stay at Marriott hotels, i'm a silver member. I travel 3-4 wks a month and usually stay in hotels. I will start with the Good first. The lobby is nice, there are flat screens everywhere you look in the lounge/ breakfast area. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The indoor pool... more

At first glance, the room was nice. plenty of space, comfortable bed, work area with plenty of outlets, good size bathroom, and huge lcd tv. What more could you ask for? Sound proofing. The walls were paper thin. I could hear normal conversations of the family next door. Got on the web that first night, and booked another hotel for... more

Spent one night at this brand new property. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. Small, but nice, indoor pool and hot tub and a well equipped exercise room. The room itself had one of the largest living area spaces I've seen in this type of hotel, plenty of room even with the sofa bed expanded. Complimentary breakfast... more

Stayed here on our way to Virginia Beach for vacation. Very nice new Springhill Suites right off I-64. Lobby was clean and inviting. Pool and exercise room were great!! Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Area was well light at night which provided extra security. Would stay here again if in the area. more

Was in town for just one night and needed a place to stay close to family. This was close and had 2 queen beds available so we decided to stay here, and we are glad we did. Didn't spend much time there (got in at 11) but definately could've. The hotel itself looks new and is beautiful. All the staff... more
