We requested a room with a crib almost 2 months in advance and were promised the crib. We arrived 20-30 minutes after an official check in time. Lady upfront told us there was no crib for our 8 months old. To my argument that we were promised one she said it was just a request, no guarantee... Apparently every front... more

The room was OK... not the best by far. The first room reaked of smoke so bad, I needed to switch rooms. You can only access the rooms from the outside, which is not ideal for everyone. The smell of the first room was embedded in my clothes well after I returned home I had to air my suitcase outside... more

I was here for business for 5 nights. I believe my rate was about $50 per night. My first two nights were unremarkable. No problems, but nothing stellar. One the third night, my TV stopped working. Maintenance was unavailable, so the mgmt asked if I wanted to move. I agreed, and packed up my bags and drove to the front... more

I stay here frequently, and my last trip here was terrible. The rooms are large but not well kept. I supposedly have "elite" status because of my frequent stays, but havent even seen a bottle of water so far. The desk staff is usually friendly and courteous, but a new person was there this trip and she was not as... more

1. We reported a lack of hot water at 10 PM and it was not fixed until 10 AM. 2. Maintenance let themselves into our room without knocking. 3. Heater was excessively loud 4. TV reception was poor 5. TV remote did not work 6. Noise in the parking lot at 5:30 AM more

we stayed here because of the $49 rate on a weekend. lots of rooms to choose from so we took the one on the 3rd floor and all the way back from the main street -- therefore it was quiet. the building looks cheap but i saw a new BMW 750i, a fancy big boat towed by a Ford 150... more

My wife and stayed over Easter weekend so we could check out Williamsburg & Busch Gardens, both about a half hour away. Check-in was quick and easy and the staff was nice. The room was on the 1st floor, and the bathroom had a lot of floor space. We think this is because it was a handicap accesible room since... more

We stayed at the LaQuinta while visiting family in the area. The front desk service was excellent!! The rooms were very pleasant, roomy and clean. The continental breakfast was well stock and very nicely served. Breakfast included make your own waffles, toast, hard boiled eggs, instant grits, muffins, cold cereals, fruit, juices, and coffee and tea. The only thing we... more

This is our first experience with a La Quinta. We found the motel through a coupon book. It is rated three stars by AAA, although we would probably give it something like 2½ . It was a very clean, well appointed room. There was a nice worktable, wireless internet, and a closet. No visible mold. No microwave and no refrigerator.... more
