4 of us (2 adults, 1 teen, 1 kid) stayed here as a stopover to our final destination. We have stayed a Springhill Suites before but not this particular one. It was laid out like most Springhills which are not true suites but usually have a king or 2 queen/full beds with a half wall seperating them from a sleeper... more

My family and I were going to Richmond for an overnight trip. I booked this hotel because of the reviews I'd read on it, and it's proximity to where we were going to be spending the day. If you are a stickler for cleanliness, don't even consider staying here. The carpet in our room (104) was stained/worn, the hem on... more

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The Free Breakfast was okay, nothing extraordinary, but the tables were fully stocked with pastries, breads, fruits, and juices. The pool and hot tub were great; lot of families playing with their children. The room was extraordinarily small. My husband and I had to take turns walking between the bed and closet.... more

Stayed here with my hubby and 3 kids and we had a great time. The free hot breakfast was very good. Make your own belgian waffles, hot homemade oatmeal w/all the fixins, bagels/ toast, muffins, breakfast pastry, sausage and egg patties. We stayed here while going to Kings Dominion Amusement Park for the 4th of July weekend. The room was... more

I booked this hotel because it was close to our "stay" and because of the indoor pool. Well, big sad surprise when I found out how SMALL the pool was!! The room was ok. We could hear everything that was said next door :( more

Stayed here for one night, two rooms, we had a BUNCH of kids. The hotel was nice and breakfast was ok. The juice machine was broken and they had cartons of juice which ran out early. The pool was small and Jucuzzi smelled bad, but the hotel itself was very nice and the staff was super. I would definately stay... more

The hotel itself is nice. Furniture showing a little bit of wear, but nothing terrible. The rooms have a lot of furniture in them, and it's probably from people banging their suitcases into the furniture. We had 3 problems here, 2 which were minor, one the internet that we had to have for business purposes didn't work in the room... more

Very nice property and well maintained. Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good and well stocked and typical of the chain. No problems during our stay and we would definately stay here again if in the area. more

Stayed here during the race weekend at Richmond, when hotels can be very expensive and availability is tight. It's in a nice area a few miles north of the track/Richmond. Overall rooms and hotel were much better than I would have thought given the price -- hotel and rooms seem to have been updated recently (or the whole place is... more

WOW. Got a great suite for $40 via priceline. Rooms generally go north of $100. Room was very big, with a fridge, microwave, big bathroom, new bed and very clean. Area is nice, located near a variety of restuarants - there is a good Japanese restuarant in the center next store. Very good breakfast is included, with eggs, sausage, waffles,... more
