This quiet, off the beaten path, inn was the perfect retreat after a full day in the Blue Ridge and Chateau Morrisette! It was so charming, comfortable and relaxing! Immaculate and decorated with little bits off memorabilia, I wish we could have stayed a few more days to soak it all up! Sally is the perfect hostess - felt right... More

I only stayed just one night and it was a little slice of heaven. The whole place had an air of simplicity and genuine comfort. My room was nicer than expected for the cost (and the last minute booking), and the breakfast was wonderful. I left wishing I could have stayed longer! I will be back!

We had a group of cyclists and Scott could not have been a more attentive host, especially appreciative as he accommodated multiple special requests and challenging timing of our meals. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the showers piping hot (just what you need after a day of hard riding).

We stayed at the Stonewall B&B for a night while I bicycled the Blue Ridge Parkway and my wife drove the car and did day hikes. The location is perfect, just off the Parkway near Floyd, VA. Sally and Scott, the hosts, made a great spaghetti dinner, accommodating my wife's gluten-free need. They dined with us and answered our many... More

We stayed at this B&B for one night while riding the Parkway on motorcycles. The room downstairs was great. Clean, fresh, and easy access to outside. The breakfast the next morning was quite a spread, and delicious with great company. We didn't get to meet Sally as she was out of town, that is the only reason for a 4... More

Sally welcomed us late Friday night and had chosen the perfect room with easy access to the garden for our puppy. She also graciously hosted our son's family for breakfast both Saturday and Sunday mornings. Other guests were friendly, one couple from Australia. We did not have an opportunity to enjoy the porches because of the chilly weather and our... More

The log cabin style house is nice just to look at. It was orginally built as a B&B with a large open kitchen and dining table that could seat about 12 people. Scott made a spagetti supper using tomatoes from the garden, and the breakfast the next morning couldn't have been any better.

This place is right of the Blue Ridge Parkway, perfect for cyclists and tourists. Scott and Sally are very friendly and make a great breakfast. They will also make supper if you request them to - very helpful if you are a cyclist and are too tired to travel to town to eat. Very nice accomodations, clean, with a washer... More
