We were attending a concert at The State Theatre - and this hotel was the perfect place to stay. Clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet rooms - and a wonderful staff to take good care of you. Parking is across the street but, even dragging suitcases, is close enough. It has a full kitchen if you need to stay a while... More

We just stayed 3 nights at the Hyatt House and were pleasantly surprised. Check-in was easy and front desk was very helpful. There is plenty of free parking right across the street from the hotel and they provided free internet (both wired and wifi). I was very happy with the hotel and amenities especially considering we paid under eighty dollars... More

This new hotel in the Mosaic District, a new development in Fairfax, is perfect if you have a car. The rooms and the public spaces have a nice refreshing feel. Parking is easy in the (free) garage across the street. Restaurants and entertainment are plentiful nearby. (Don't miss the Four Sisters restaurant.) However, if you don't have a car, it... More

This hotel is fairly new and in excellent condition. Rooms are spacious, clean, and very well appointed and free parking is available in a well-lit and spacious parking garage across from the hotel. The front desk staff and thiose serving the breakfast area were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is geared for those needing longer-term stays: our "King Suite" included... More

My husband and I live about 20 minutes from this hotel. With three boys at home, when it came time for an anniversary present we told my parents we wanted a night to ourselves. To sleep! And not wipe anyone's bottom but our own!! We made reservations at Hyatt house - we also wanted to see a movie and the... More

We are so glad we chose Hyatt House, Falls Church for our two night stay in the DC area. The location is awesome, shopping and many restaurants to choose from across the street, to 5 minutes "up the road"! You can literally walk out door and cross a little street to shopping and to eat. The hotel is new and... More

Stayed here with my husband and teenage daughter for a weekend. Weekend rates are very reasonable for the quality of property. I believe it was built in Nov 2012 so it still had that new feeling. We had a one bedroom suite with kitchen. Terrific gym with Life Fitness equipment. Pool area is lovely with attractive patio furniture. Included breakfast... More

Stayed at this hotel when it was recently opened and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and spacious suite, including a living room and kitchen for approx. $120/night. This is unusual for a hotel of this category in the D.C. area. The property has a modern look and offers a great hot breakfast buffet every morning. They also... More

We stayed here for a long weekend to visit DC. The hotel was a 15 minute walk from the metro station, which was perfect for getting in to DC. The hotel itself was clean and modern, nice sized rooms and very helpful staff. The breakfast was also very good. Excellent proximity to Target and some restaurants. If you stay here,... More
