Stayed here three nights and would have loved to give it five stars. They have a very nice full breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes) that comes with the room. The place is new and super clean. The staff was accommodating and helpful. The room was equipped with a lovely full kitchen. But, I have two gripes, one large, the... More

I LOVED STAYING HERE. The room was so clean, kitchen was perfect. Living room area was great. I travel with my family so, I could use a large fridge since we always buy food and eat in the room. The breakfast area was perfect, so many tables, some boots with mounted tv's so those kids you have will sit still.... More

The hotel is very nice, the suites are large and well furnished (there was a fully equipped kitchen with stove tops and microwave oven). We had a one bedroom apartment with a queen sofa bed (it allowed are 10-12 kids to sleep) and a separate room with a king bed. There was a small table for two. The bathroom was... More

From the friendly welcome to the big, fluffy white towels, this place has it all. The decor is sleek and modern (reminded me of Aloft), and there's storage space for everything, even in the smaller studio. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was typical of a Residence Inn (hot and cold choices), and the breakfast... More

Although this is the smallest room I've ever had at a Residence Inn it served the purposed quite nicely for my weeklong Paul Rolland Violin Workshop at George Mason University. The room appeared new and clean without any of that dreaded cleaning products smell. The kitchen was sparsely by well appointed with utensils in good repair. The light levels were... More

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights, and it was a huge disappointment. The reviews sounded excellent, but perhaps my expectations were too high or unrealistic. We arrived at 7:30pm on July 5th and were not offered any social hour food, even though it closes at 7:30pm. Then, we find out it only is offered mon-thurs.... More

Great place to stay when you visit Washington! The metro is very close. The hotel is one year old and is the best 3 star hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are big and the lobby and reception area are fantastic! Used the BBQ twice and enjoyed the little pool in the 103 degree weather. The work out room... More

We stayed here Memorial Day weekend and absolutely loved it! We had our two children with us and they slept on the pull out sofa which they found very comfortable. The room was big enough for the four of us to move around without bumping into one another and we found it to be very comfortable to relax in. The... More

I'm a fan of Residence Inn Hotels and always trying to stay in them only. This one is the best hotel I have ever been especially in DC area. It's very clean, comfortable and looks new. Staff is great and professional. The bad is that the hotel is far from DC but it is not that far from Dulles airport... More

After reading the tripadvisor reviews, spent a week in this hotel. Everything the reviewers said was accurate. The hotel is outstanding. They built it with 7000 pound concrete which means you can't hear anything through the walls. The location is back from the highway so its quiet at nite. We had a 1st floor room, a studio, great for 2... More
