The internet here is so slow at times as to be unusable. A bandwidth test showed the speed at 40 Kbps (dial-up is 56). For an expensive hotel that many business travelers stay at, this is totally unacceptable! GET IN THE 21ST CENTURY! Would never stay here again. Hyatt lost a valuable customer. More

Thank you for your candid feedback. We're sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with our internet. Please rest assured this is not normally the case with our internet speed, however in times of high demand the internet may slow down as the company is trying to accommodate a large number of users. Please feel free to contact us... More

After a stay of few days, you may be tempted to rate this place as a variety of clinic for tired members of the Hyatt's group. There you will meet with many kinds of employees with light disabilities: deaf-blindness, never-smilingness, congenital-laziness, wearing-old-clothesness, .... Remember that room's cleaning remains an option you have to recall every morning to the reception... but... More

Very disappointed with this hotel. First, no hotel should still be charging for internet. Other hotels that have much nicer amenities include free internet and free breakfast. If this is allegedly a "full service" hotel, why aren't these included? Hyatt seems to think "full service" means overpriced restaurant in the hotel lobby. If the rate is so much higher at... More

Loved the exterior as you drive up and plenty or parking as I came in late at night. It's a odd entrance but once inside its a big contemporay interior, very cool check in and two people on so it was fast and efficient. Pretty mediocre from there.... corridors look cheap and possibly in transition. room carpet was hideous and... More

Having stayed in many Hyatt hotels before, this one was a disappointment. The outer appearance is great, but room decor and corridors are old and worn. Service was slow, but only because the friendly staff are overworked (only ONE person for checking people in over a holiday weekend)! Items that are typically included at hotels in this class were available... More

Booked this hotel because of a really low AARP rate that was part of a promotion that included $25 hotel credit per day. Since I am a Diamond level elite, I get my internet and breakfast for free anyway, meaning that lunch/dinner was about the only place I could "spend" my credit. I agree with one of the other reviews... More

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights from November 17-20. Purpose was a romantic get-together with girlfriend. The hotel was an outstanding value. I paid $70 a night for what was essentially a mini-suite, with a firm but soft King-size bed, a sofa and table, and a great swiveling 32" wide-screen TV. Had a blast spending at least 10 hours... I have stayed in many hotels in the area including other Hyatt hotels in the Sterling area and this was the only one that charged for the internet and a microwave oven that I asked for. There are two different types of internet. Economy and Business class. Economy is supposed have a slower bandwidth than business class. The economy cost... More

I booked this hotel on Hotwire, and after I read some of the negative reviews, I was worried. For the life of me, I can't figure out why others were dissatisfied. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable. The room was spacious, well-appointed and immaculate. The lobby was very appealing, especially the fact that the coffee bar was open late (I am... More
