We spent Christmas at the Pines Cottage. We had a great time in this quiet peaceful oasis for two. The cottage was equipped with everything that we needed including blaze orange vest and walking sticks for a hike in the woods. We appreciated the surprise cookies that were waiting for us after we had been out for a little while.... More

So glad you guys enjoyed your stay in our mountains for Christmas; sorry the weather could not have been nicer, but at least it was warm and not snowing! Do hope you will return for another quiet, peaceful weekend. Thanks for staying with us. More

I was a bit hesitant about a cottage in the mountains but I loved it here. There are four cottages that are clean, well maintained and immaculate. These owners really care about what they have and know how to make it work. It is like borrowing a friends cottage, fully equipped with all the necessities, refrig, stove, fireplace, spa tub,... My fiance and I visited The Chesley Creek Farms over the Memorial Day weekend. We stayed at The Pines cabin and it was a bliss. When they say you do not need to bring anything with you, they are not lying. All you need is your significant other and food (unless love is all you need to survive 😉). The... More

So happy that you guys enjoyed your stay at Pines and in our mountains. (Just a note for next time; the toothpaste is in the bristles of the brush - just need water!). Thanks for keeping John-Henry busy chasing sticks - you guys made him a happy pup! Come on back soon, and thanks for the review. More

Great private place for couples. Peaceful, quiet, clean, fully stocked, and not far from our home. Even though, it was secluded, it was not a far drive to the stores or restaurants. A perfect escape from technology also.

Thanks for spending a couple of days in our mountains - and away from all the technology beeping and ringing in your ears. Nice just to hear the birds and the sounds of nature. Come on back anytime. More

Reading the guest book on the coffee table in the cabin you will see why every review is an EXCELLENT one. The cabin is immaculate and lacking nothing. A dreamy couples getaway in a lovely state. The creek behind the cabin talked to us all weekend. We bought food and drinks at a local store and brought it back to... More

3/26-29, 2015. This cabin was what all vacation rentals should be modeled after. The quiet and the darkness outside added so much to the pure relaxation of getting away from it all. We slept during the day as well as the night, very comfortably in the huge bedroom with the curtains open to see nothing but nature and beauty when... More

Another wonderful visit to Chesley Creek Farms, this time in the Laurelwood Cottage. What a relaxing visit! We read books off the double bookshelf, listened to a great radio station, made wonderful dinners, put together a 500 piece puzzle, sat in front of the fireplace, enjoyed the snowfall on Thursday, slept when we wanted to and lanquished in the amazing... This vacation was one of the best that we've had - it was perfect in every way and lived up to our expectations and more! Upon the recommendation from some friends, we came here for our two year anniversary and stayed at the Ridge cabin and absolutely loved it. Secluded, romantic, and free from distraction. First, the cabins are situated... More

This is our second trek to the cabins at Chesley Creek Farm. I feel fairly certain that this will be an annual event for us from this point on. We have stayed in the "Pines" cabin on both occasions that we have come to the Farm. I can't imagine any reason we would select another cabin, but admittedly I have... More

My girlfriend surprised me for my birthday with a return visit to Chesley Creek this past week. Our first visit was November 2013 and I've frequently brought up that I'd love to make it an annual trip! It's such a peaceful setting and the fact that technology "mostly" does not work - we're forced to shut down from the everyday... More
