I came into Dumfries for 2 days of business meetings. I don't travel often and always dread being away from the comforts of my own home but the Holiday Inn Dumfries was just like a home away from home. The staff was exceptional. The hotle is bright, clean and has friendly, helpful staff. The food in the resturant is wonderful, crab cakes are YUMMY, the steak is worth a trip back! Nice pool, fun battenders, great place to stay.
