We rented the middle cabin, for one night. We were riding the Virginia Creeper trail. The cabin was great, extremely clean. Great back porch, overlooking the river. Reasonable price, nice owner. Small but very well equipped, right next door to Food City grocery store, we were kind of worried about noise, but was very quiet.

Our family of four stayed in cabin #1 and had a great time. You cannot beat the back porch overlooking Laurel Creek and the Virginia Creeper Trail. The cabin was clean and well furnished. We biked two days on the trail and it was so convenient to bike right back to your cabin. We will definitely be back and will... More

My husband and I stayed 3 nights, cabin #3. Great location right on the Creeper trail and above Laurel Creek. It was nice and peaceful until the tenant next door showed up - loud music (well past midnight), loud people, smoking on the porch, vehicle blocking access to our cabin. Fortunately they must have been sleeping it off the next... More

My husband and I just got back from a weekend staying in Whitetop Cabin (#3). It was wonderful. Clean, cozy, beautiful; view of one of the most beautiful rivers I've ever seen, right on the creeper trail but because you are above it you are still very private! They have done such a wonderful job of making you feel like... More

Recently, my husband and I had the pleasure of spending a night in these gorgeous cabins on the banks of the river. The cabins have a great view of the Laurel Creek. The convenient location of these cabins to the trail is a real plus.

We were traveling with another family. Each rented a cabin. Ours was spacious and comfortable for two. We loved the back porch which overlooked Laurel Creek and the Virginia Creeper Trail. We could ride straight out. Although the cabins front on a relatively developed area once you walk in it is very quiet and the view out the back makes... More

I spent a weekly here in early September with my boyfriend. We loved the place. It's very close to Damascus (not far to food, coffee shop; grocery store literally a 1-minute walk away), but when you're in the cabin it feels like you're in the mountains. The back porch, with a swing and rocking chairs, lets you hear the water,... More
