My family and I needed a place to rest for a day. Well needless to say this was the beginning of our nightmare. I was charged for two nights instead of one , the room (230) was out of a horror movie. It was filthy, smelled, the ceiling, curtains and floor was full of big blackish/brown bugs that jumped and... More

Stopped here randomly on way to florida. Scary place. In a weird spot. The girl at the desk was not very nice. I was worried all night that someone was going to slam our door open or break the glass to get in or break into our car or steal the car or.. I think u get it. We only... More

1. I was eaten alive by bed bugs, and was not given a refund. I will upload pics to show... I was in room 106. 2. Smells horrible, filthy comforters, there is no hot water pressure, and carpet is filthy. 3. T.V. is an old model with the worst picture you ever want to see. The screen is real fuzzy,... More

Several of us were upset by the appearance of the cat missing they eye and its tail actually was missing fur and you could see the bone/cartilidge. A guest abandoned it. I had trouble breathing when I slept in my room as the smoke odor still remained, despite the fact I asked for non smoking and it was written on... More

The room we stayed in was not clean. The first room they gave us was occupied. Our next door neighbor was smoking pot and let's just say we weren't happy. The csrpet in our room was so dirty we kept our shoes on. I used clorox wipes before I touched anything. Think twice before you stay here!

The staff was friendly when checking in. After that it all went downhill... The bedding was clean, but the carpets were not, we didn't have a phone in our room, the bathroom was questionable and there were dead bugs in the corner behind the chair! Luckily it was a quick stay, just to get us through the night and we... More

We read the reviews. Our room was very nice and clean. Sign in was simple and fast. Very personable clerk. Can't beat the price . Our room was very comfortable and had a good mattress. Will definately stay there again. There was a set of train tracks a bit away but it really was no big deal. You could travel... More

Booked on Hotwire for $42 per night. Was nervous after reviews, but pleasantly surprised. Property was clean and easily located. Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean and attractive. Bedspreads were pretty and in good condition as was carpet. Room was clean. Free wi-fi and free breakfast. Laundry on site. Pets accepted. Beds were comfortable though seemed more... More

As We were checking in, someone was cancelling their reservation because they refused to stay here. We should have taken the warning. The rooms are very outdated and only mostly clean. But, it seems as though people live in this hotel, and these residents are not polite. The residents seem to live at the pool when not in their rooms,... More

This is the 2nd hotel that I have stayed in Virginia. They must be growing roaches, just for the hotel. Checked in mid-day, we had a great view of the small pool. But the first thing we see when we walk in the room are roaches crawling on the wall. This is an old building that need upgrading and lots... More
