This is a lovely hotel and the staff was friendly. We asked for a quiet room and we were given a room on the 3rd floor overlooking the back of the hotel. We booked this Candlewood via Orbitz. We had our well-behaved dog with us and were looking for a property that would accept dogs. Orbitz said "Pets Allowed"; so did Candelwood's own site. However, major rip off occured when we checked in - Candlewood charges $75.00 for a pet for ONE NIGHT! Outrageous and NOT DISCLOSED by either Orbitz or Candelwood.... more

In reponse to guest claim of bed bugs, No one at our property has spoken to anyone concerning an incidence of bed bugs; however, as a precaution we did have our Pest Control Company come out to inspect. Pest Control found no signs of bed bugs or any other insects, they provided us with supporting documentation which we keep on...
