I was a little apprehensive taking a shot in the dark so to speak..My wife and i had visited CLARKSVILLE during our courtship back in the early 80s and I thought it would be nice to go back after some 34 years to renew old memories and celebrate her birthday. I had no previous knowledge of what might be available... More

We wanted a relaxing Thanksgiving getaway. The dinner was wonderful - delicious food, great service. Our suite room, though, was pretty dirty! Coffee cups were dirty, no coffee packs,& thick dust everywhere. We could not lock our door & called Nicol. Fast response- Sarah came quickly & showed us how to lock the door. We hardly slept. Whirlpool did not work... More

Food was good, but critters scratching in the attic were unsettling. Water in pool was cloudy, the vinyl lining was damaged and grounds were a bit neglected. Bed was comfortable but decor more shabby chic than elegant. Staff was friendly. We'd go again for dinner but not to stay.

We drove to Clarksville and decided to stay overnight in the Cooper's Landing Inn. The town had a number of small businesses, a few restaurants, and antique/consignment shops. The town's "claim to fame" is that it is the ONLY lakeside town in Virginia. Buggs Island Lake was created by the John H. Kerr reservoir and it was a fascinating site... More

Our daughter was recently married at Cooper's Landing Inn and we were pleasantly surprised by the level of support we received. This bed and breakfast is a renovated historic house on the main drag in Clarksville, Virginia. The owners have done everything to make sure that their guests are comfortable. The rooms and clean, and while it is an older... More

Cooper's Landing is the perfect place to plan a wedding! Nichol is amazing to work with and it really takes all the stress out of wedding planning. We had a very small wedding (25 people) and couldn't have asked for a more pleasant and enjoyable experience. We stayed at the Inn for a few nights as our honeymoon and it... More

Coopers Landing was our home away from home during our relocation transition. I felt as though the staff were my family... they were always available and provided more than I could have expected. Food was great and rooms were clean...a plus in my book. The beautiful B&B was the site for my daughter's wedding. Planning was organized and convenient from... More

We just had our wedding on October 4, 2014. Coopers Landing Inn was the perfect spot for our small, intimate wedding. Nicole & and her staff are amazing. Everyone involved at the inn are just the best. All the special touches they do for the couples are beyond what we expected. The food is beyond words. Our reception was held... More

The summer of July 2011 my husband and I had a small wedding at Cooper's Landing. As locals we already knew to expect nothing less than a fairytale. To this day I would not change a thing. Nichol and her staff were exceptional. The food and venue was perfect for our family (adults, children and elderly). The grounds made for... More

My daughter and son-in-law had their small wedding at Cooper's Landing this past summer! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the accommodations, the food, the staff, the owners and our wedding package! We live in Illinois and had a destination wedding in Virginia because my oldest daughter and my son-in-law's sisters live out east. My husband and... More
