What a magnificent site! It's definitely for the traveler who seeks something wonderfully peaceful and different. Set in 60 acres of woodland, the lodging consists of two large rooms on the second floor (no one lives below). We had a large living room, with entrance hall, great bathroom and a warm, firm, yet soft comfortable bed in the bedroom. Solid antique furniture, a wrap-around porch and random-width planking on the floors with thick area rugs! We hated to leave! The trees come right up to the porch, and we had out door chairs and a table for breakfast. This was delivered(!) to us by the host each morning. There's even a decent size kitchen if you want to cook your own food. And a hot tub! And let's not forget Lassa the dog and Rock Cat who greeted us each morning.
