Just got back, from staying here. It was our first time to Chincoteague. Nothing fancy, but clean and comftorable room. If your looking for inexpensive, this is a decent place to stay. Good location! more

Pros: Location is great. We could easily ride our bikes to Assateague and there were good restaurants and activities within biking distance. The price was $89 for a room on July 1,2,3 and 4th. The room was clean with a brand new bathroom that sparkled. The room was clean but the carpet was old, but well vacuumed by the staff each day. The housekeeping staff was outstanding. The hotel and our room DID NOT smell like smoke like the previous poster said.... more
