If you are looking for a budget place to stay on Chincoteague check this one out. It was very clean and was a quaint old-fashioned motor court. The room looked just like the pictures on the Internet and has been recently updated with new carpet, paint and trim. Furniture is old, but good quality and condition. Beds were very firm,... More

If you are on the go and don't intend hanging in the room often this could be your place. For the price it was clean and efficient and in walking distance to the best ice cream. and restaurants. It is not the Hilton by no means but the water was hot the sheets were clean and so was the room.... More

I stayed at the hotel for two nights (Friday and Saturday) when all other hotels in town were fully booked. I was a bit weary because the price was so cheap ($70/night) in comparison to prices I had seen elsewhere, but our experience was just fine! Yes, the rooms are nothing more than a quiet place to lay your head... More

NICEST PEOPLE!!----Of course this isnt an upscale hotel, its a traditional old time motel. Not many good ones left like this. We had so much fun staying in this retro style family motor inn. Reminded me of when I was a kid. Room was clean, comfy, Had everything we needed. Pool was wonderful. REASONABLE COST. WALK TO EVERYTHING, MANAGER IS... More

I have been staying in this town for 30 yrs now, and this was the worst I have seen we was going to stay for a few days but left after the first nite. The bed WAS TERRIBLE, THE MATTRESS WAS ABOUT 30 YRS OLD AND DIRTY. There was bugs that ran across the bed..I slept on the chair. I... More

First of all, I must say we liked the owner. He was very kind. It was Blueberry Festival weekend and the weekend before Pony Penning, so there were few to no other options. We looked at 2 of the king bed w/jacuzzi rooms and decided on room 126. I'll start with the positives: 1. Location!! (shops, restaurants, etc). 2. Comfortable... More

Decent room for the price, was the last place to stay before heading home after a 12 day road trip up and down the Virginia and North Carolina coast. This place had the most comfortable bed and room out of all of the place we had stayed prior. Room and bathroom where very clean had a couple of chairs outside... More

This hotel is fair priced and the owner is very nice. The rooms are decent could be better. The beds are nice but the room is outdated and small. It has a pretty nice pool. There is one ice machine that is all the way in the back but overall a decent hotel

For the price of the room I was very pleased. It has been a while since I've been comfortable in a hotel and was expecting a lot less from the property. The room was clean and although I bring my own sheets and pillows I actually slept on theirs, with the exception of our own blankets. The floors were clean... More
