Having traveled to this part of Virginia over the past couple of years and stayed at what is now the Hyatt Place along with the Hamton Inn I must say that this is without a doubt the most welcome and professional hotel to stay at in this area. Clean and safe! Booked through front desk, very friendly. If you ever find yourself in Chester, Virginia ???? and need a clean and safe hotel then this is perfect. The wheelchair accessible room was large enough to maneuver the chair, and very clean. The bathroom was also very large. I don't know if this property has accessible rooms with a roll-in shower, but the tub had a bench to transfer to.
