Great stay!! Room was nice size, clean, and bed was very comfy...The kind of room you didn't have to wear slippers if you didn't want. Nice location, ez access. Breakfast was GREAT, a lot to choose from and REAL oatmeal, too!!! It also had an awesome Mexican restaurant sharing the parking lot. Servings were large and very inexpensive. This hotel... More

Great hotel! We stopped on our way from NJ to SC. Plus is a fantastic authentic inexpensive Mexican Restaurant with in walking distance (across parking lot) of hotel. Our king size bed room was great on the fifth floor easy access to elevator. Very clean nice comfy bed with ample pillows. ice machines microwave and minifridge with lil freezer. Sure... More

Glad we stopped. Nice front desk folks, plenty of carriage wagons, big, well-lit room, new TV, very comfy beds, good-sized breakfast room, better than expected breakfast with friendly staff. Very convenient. Wireless works well now. Only negatives--hard to access esp. In the dark, tiny bathroom, small insufficient elevators. All-in--all, a good value.

Decent hotel. A little dated, not the most updated hotel. The room was clean and comfortable with adjustable temp. Bathroom was older but clean. The doors slam closed so if you're not careful, your door is loud when it slams. This got a little annoying. Breakfast was decent. The breakfast area was well tended to with frequent cleaning and replacement... More

My wife and I stayed here on our way from Florida to MA. This made for a convenient midway point. The hotel is right off the ramp, close to gas stations and a friendly little Mexican restaurant within 20 yards of the front door. The hotel staff was very pleasant and the room was of a good size. Everything was... More

As a business traveler I rely on internet access during hotel stays. This Comfort Inn has the poorest/weakest wifi signal of anywhere I've stayed. I could not get a connection in my room on two different devices. Having a "business center" is often not a solution; you want to be able to work in the comfort of your room without... More

We booked this room over the phone. Arianne took our reservation and was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived and again when we left, the front desk clerk, Patty was very nice and friendly too. They had some kind of cookies in the lobby when we checked in but I don't know what kind but I thought it was... More

While researching accommodations for our trip to Virginia, I quickly realized that the Richmond area is a fairly expensive hotel market. While there are plenty of hotel rooms available, the less expensive options appear to be of fairly dubious quality. In such cases, it is better to be willing to spend a little more than settle for something that could... More

Stayed one night of a road trip to NY and had my crated cat with me. Made reservation online and saw no ban on pets. Walked the cat through the lobby in front of manager and not a word said. We spent 12 hours in the hotel and left the next morning through the lobby past the manager. I got... More

My significant other and I stayed here for Labor Day weekend, and boy I can't brag enough about the service here! From the moment we checked in, the front desk lady was more than accommodating. She made sure that we had the perfect room for our weekend stay, which resulted in scoring a room near the ice and vending machines,... More
