I booked a 1 bedroom suite that had a sofabed in the living room and a king bed in a separate room. I slept on the very uncomfortable sofabed in the living room, while another family member slept in the bedroom. Stopped here randomly as we were heading north on 95 to meet family in the DC area for Thanksgiving, and it was time to rest. The property has recently been renovated and the rooms were spacious and well outfitted. The continental breakfast was quite well done. All in all this is an excellent option for an interstate night's sleep. more

We oftern travel between upstate New York and South Carolina, Chester is about half way. We have stayed at the Hampton Inn on several occasions and have never been disappointed. Was very disappointed in this hotel. The room was very small and in need of updating. They were renovating, but we checked in at around 4:30 and asked for a renovated room and were told that "they were for return visitors."
