I travel every weekend to Va. When I pulled the sofa bed out I saw the biggest urine stain that i have ever seen on the mattress! It even had disgusting old food stuck to it. The staff was friendly and this was not THE dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in, but it was not exactly clean either. I just start out by saying, you get what you pay for. On website, the outside looks beautiful. The reception area was nice. However, visitors from other rooms, were in and out of their rooms all night, slamming doors and talking loud. I stayed here seeing the people working at the front desk were nice and friendly and the rooms seemed decent for the price paid. The rooms were normal for what was paid although the beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. You do get to control your own temperatures and with me that's a huge deal. Me and my family stayed here for 3days, great location and great price. The staff was very friendly, we had booked a king size rm and when they saw we had a 3 yr old they upgraded our room to a bigger suite for the same price.
