The managers at this hotel are rude and unfriendly and simply are not aware of basic accounting rules. I had several overcharges to my credit card without my authorization. When I went to the office to clear the issue up the front desk managers were abusive and beligerent.

The Hotel is ok,good location but the room is very small,with very thin wall,you can practically hear your nextdoor talking so loud.

For the price, a very reasonable hotel located in Chesapeake. If you want to avoid the very high prices of being close to the beach, this is the way to do it. The hotel was good - it had just the right frills to make staying multiple days comfortable. One complaint: should have the option of king-sized beds.

It was like being at home, having to cook and clean. But the room service was not so good...We have to call them again and again for the items which we need like soap,towel etc..Overall if only purpose is to visit the beach then its OK...
