I've stayed at many Hamptons, and in my experience they tend to have better and friendlier staff than most other chains of this category. But this particular property ranks at the very top of my personal list. Not only was everyone I engaged with competent and helpful, but they truly engaged in anticipating and fulfilling the guests' needs in a... more

This is the second time I've stayed at this property - the first was on the 3rd floor and today I'm on the 1st floor. Double full bed room is identical. Huge wardrobe with small conventional tv (23-27"?) dwarfs the room. Wardrobe has a microwave, empty mini-fridge, 3 drawers and closet with hangers. There is a small desk and chair... more

The room was fine and comfortable with hard and soft choices for pillows. The problem was getting into it. !! Check in seems to be a fairly rigid 4 pm.. Normally hotels try to accomodate you before that but. we arrived early and needed to change for a wedding. since checkout is 11am..we thought they could find a clean room... more

This is the second time we've stayed at the Hampton Inn - first time was in 2003. It was nice then, but has since been totally renovated. The rooms are a good size, clean, plenty of light. The bathroom is well equipped with extra towels and anything you might need. But the best part are the beds - following the... more

Very nice hotel, quite clean, although not as clean as other Hampton Inns I've been in, but still very acceptable. Beds were comfortable, refrigerator was nice to have. Staff was friendly when spoken to. Computer in lobby was very usefull. Pleasant stay. more

Hotel was nice enough. Located on the north side of exit 289 (other side from the mall - hence I drove around a while). Room was fine. Breakfast was adequate, although the eggs looks funny (rubbery looking fried hard). Hotel is across the street from a Wawa gas station, so i was able to get snacks there, although i had... more

I was assigned here by the government while awaiting for a more permanent extended stay apt to become available. Here is my take on the place: 1) Staff was excellent as was service. No complaints here, they went out of their way to accomodate you, with free internet (get the bridge, wireless had tendency to drop out) faxes and breakfast!... more

We stayed here during our coast-to-coast drive across the US. This was one of the older Hampton Inns of this trip (eighth so far) and appears to have undergone an attempted refurbishment. However the workmanship was poor and they should have done more. The lobby has been refitted and the corridors have the new picture room signs. In the room,... more

My husband and I stayed here in the middle of our honeymoon. We B&B'd the entire trip except for this night because we stayed for free with my husband's Hilton Points. It was a great place to stay. Very clean and everything in the room worked like brand new. The minifridge was a big plus and the air conditioner was... more

We have stayed at this location several times and have always found the staff to be very helpful but the last time we stayed there were two front desk staff personnel that went out of there way to make sure we were taken care of. The free breakfast was wonderful. We were certainly be staying here again when we go... more
