Only one staff working at 9 PM - he was very courteous. First room had no air conditioning - had to move across hall. Wireless was very weak, and anyway, pass code would not work. This hotel is not a good example of Hampton Inn Hotels. The only good thing about this hotel was the desk clerk when we arrived. Its a shame she didn't work 24hrs a day. The staff at this Hampton are terrific. They answered questions without acting like it was a chore and were very friendly. The fitness room is extremly clean, decently appointed and everything was well maintained. The property itself is clean, quiet and kept up well. This staff at this Hampton Inn is bar none the most friendly down to earth staff I've ever encountered. As a buisness owner I traveled over 25 years and never met such a staff who genuinely cares about the guest. Kudos to MGT and the great Housekeeping staff. I reported on the remodel back in May - it is complete now. The lobby and breakfast area is much nicer than before, however there is still a shortage of seating in the breakfast area during peak times. I've seen some activities on and off propety immediate area that cause me to be somewhat concerned about safety at this hotel.... more

Just right for business. Fast, free internet service coupled with very clean and quiet rooms with superb ventilation and new bedding. The staff were all superbly friendly. The free breakfast included pastries, cereals, juices, hot beverages, yogurt, fruit, and one hot selection. Couldn't ask for more in the $100 range. Thank you Hampton Inn! more

We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was very nice and clean the beds were much more plush than most other places we've stayed (certainly for the price). The service was wonderful - everyone was very friendly and always asking if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area! more

They are really working hard to make this hotel a better place to stay. I have been staying here for years, for proximity to JWFC, you can't beat it.
