Located in a large shopping area and very close to the main highway. Easy to get to but slightly away from the traffic noise. Lots of hotel choices in the area, they have to keep up in order to keep their business. Business center is located in restaurant area - might be a little noisy at breakfast time but worked... more

Booked a suite. Had a confirmation. they said upon arrival no suite available. Elevators doors broken. Had to walk stairs with luggage. Rude Staff. elevators doors opened and closed and dinged all night long. They said it had to reset itself. It never did all night. When we complained they said there was nothing they could do.Horrible experience. more

Having pre-booked a shuttle from the airport for my sister and her 3 children and allocated us adjacent rooms, we were already very happy with the service provided by April at this hotel - even though we were 'only' Priceline customers. Upon arrival, we were happy with the hotel's convenient location and the standard 2 queen rooms were clean and... more

Selected this establishment via Trip Advisor. It is extremely clean and convenient. The lobby/common areas are nice and appear to have been recently renovated. However, the room we had was quite small (though it did have a small balcony) and the furnishings were old and tired. The bathroom was no better, with minimal fixtures and oldish plumbing. Finally, the coat... more

I attend Regent University and needed to visit the campus for a week this past October. I booked this hotel through Priceline and I was pleasantly surprised with it. In a general sense, this is just an average hotel, but there are a few small perks that push it into the Above Average category. THE POSITIVES: 1) There is free... more

I stayed here on business. The free internet was great for working late. The rooms were nice. They accomodated the need for working together, and gave my colleague and I adjoining rooms. This helped a lot.. Although work prevailed, the indoor pool and hot tub looked great! The in-room coffee is never enough for me, so it was great that... more

I tend to choose Courtyards when I travel for a reason - they are always clean and comfy with good service. Like many Courtyards, the one in Chesapeake has a nice little cafe area where a full hot breakfast buffet is available for under $10. It has a pool just off the lobby (I'm afraid the lobby was scented with... more

I stayed at this hotel for around 5 months due to having to work in the area. The hotel is clean and comfortable and convenient to everything. I just want to say thank you to the staff (Farraz & Wes in particular) for everything they did to make my home away from home easier and more comfortable! Thank you guys... more

This hotel is in a nice area. It is a typical Courtyard ... clean, comfortable, and nice. The staff was friendly. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. This is much better than staying on VA Beach, which is more expensive and lower quality. more
