Booked a suite. Had a confirmation. they said upon arrival no suite available. Elevators doors broken. Had to walk stairs with luggage. Rude Staff. elevators doors opened and closed and dinged all night long. They said it had to reset itself. It never did all night. This hotel is in a nice area. It is a typical Courtyard ... clean, comfortable, and nice. The staff was friendly. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. This is much better than staying on VA Beach, which is more expensive and lower quality. more
