The staff has really friendly and helpful. Location is convenient to lots of shopping, and places to eat. breakfast is included. There is an outside seating/lounging area, the weather didn't cooperate with me using it on this trip.

The room was immaculate, entire hotel beautiful and well kept. Cassandra at the front desk was so hospitable, courteous and accomodating that I definitely will go back. I will definitely seek out other marriot hotels with the service that I received at Springhill Suites, Chesapeake Greenbrier, to keep this experience going as I travel.

Very clean room upon arrival. It is close to food and shopping. Nice room layout with little fridge, microwave and sink. They had a great selection for breakfast in morning. Impressed with all the options. Would stay here again.

The hotel is very clean and staff is friendly. Breakfast was OK but I have grown not to expect much from hotel breakfast. Kids are always happy and food is food. Rooms are clean and convenient. I like the item placed in the room and cleanliness.

So, first night I stayed here, I was unimpressed. My coffee pot wasn't refreshed, my sink wasn't cleaned, my cups weren't replaced with clean ones, and my linens weren't cleaned.
