What a delightful time we had there. Both the hosts and other guests were quite friendly. Everyone shared suggestions of places to go and things to do. We'll return there if we are ever in the Charlottesville area.

I enjoyed my stay here very much. Everything was clean, the location was close to downtown and Monticello, the staff and other guests were friendly, and at the same time I felt that I did have enough privacy. They even stock great ground coffee to make your own french press coffee in the morning!

I spent in Alexander House a couple of nights. Thge staff is fantastic, so friendly and they make you really feel at home. The rooms clean and comfortable. The kitchen well equiped. What I really liked was that the guys there do care about the envirement and do it very well. GREAT STAYING! I do recomend the place!

Our entire family of 5 stayed for 4 days and AH was like a little home away from home. There was more open space than expected. Very well decorated and clean.

Stayed in a private room for two nights. Aside from the noise from the garage across the street, there were no problems. The house was exceptionally clean and well furnished. Host was very nice.
