This is the best Inn in the area...even have a free shuttle service to take you anywhere in the city limits of Charlottesville...including Monticello! A little pricey, but well worth it. My second stay here and I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

The hotel was as expected for a Hilton Garden Inn. Paying over $200/night was too much. Should have been $150 or less. Especially when you have to pay extra to get any kind of breakfast. It is located in a convenient area.

There was some grout in the bathroom that needed repair and some walpaper was peeling in the bathroom. Room service was quick and the food was good. Housekeeping was inconsistent. I travel to Charlottesville often and this is my home away from home when I am there. This hotel is comfortable, well maintained, and has an outstanding staff. Because of all of the activities at the University of Virginia you will want to book early for a stay here,

A good Hilton Garden Inn. Nice pool and hot tub and well equipped exercise room with weights and machines. Will definitely search out the Hilton Garden Inns in the future. Easy to get to Montecello as well. Did not try the restaurant.

My family stayed here one night while passing through the area. The building and grounds were very well maintained. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Most importantly to us, the room was clean. We would definitly stay here again.

If you're visiting this part of the world, this is a winner. It's a simple, nothing fancy great choice. Excellent stay. A little pricey for room although accommodation, pool, gym excellent. Bed didn't work but was too tired to report, so didn't get a good night sleep. Hotel did make amends to bill in am though.
