It's unbelievable what hotels in college towns can get away with. This property, and its sister property, the adjacent Days Inn, should be bulldozed. The exteriors are decrepit and in need of paint. I had to write because this hotel is ranked BELOW the Red Roof Inn on Trip Advisor. If these two are your choices, the Quality Inn is a MUCH better option.
