We stayed here because it was a little cheaper than other hotels around but, if I had it to do over again I would have stayed elsewhere. Mold in the bathroom, feces on the toilet paper, no phone In The room. The receptacles were to big of hole to plug anything in so one light didn't even work. Walls were... More

We checked in but decided not to stay. There was a hair on the bed, stains on two pillowcases and chairs. The phone and ice bucket were dirty. The one hoghlight was the helpfuldesk clerk. We left and went to another hotel nearby.

After reading all the reviews, I was quite concerned about having to spend 4 nights in this hotel. (There was nothing available b/c UVA homecoming weekend) I actually called the hotel a few days before and voiced my concerns. I also asked if we could be put in one of the better rooms, if there was such a thing, since... More

Upon check in, I was told I didn't reserve a rollaway, well thankfully I had my conformation sheet, I did order a rollaway, but it took front desk 2.5 hours to bring it to my room, and at that time was 9:35pm. It was also missing a wheel! Upon arriving to my room, 361, the door was open. Guess what,... More

We stayed the second week of Oct for two nights only because nothing was available. It Smelled old and Musty, carpet an furniture was dirty. Bathroom was clean but old. Needs to be gutted! Doors and interior was very shabby and outside area presented tripping hazards for older people. Breakfast bar was decent.

This motel was the worst hotel ever. This Motel smell dirty, it also has a very strong smell of sigarette. The carpet was dark, it was hard to differenciate if it was dirty or just dark. We could take a shower, because the bathroom was nasty, my son took a shower with his sandals on because he had finished a... More

The "non-smoking" room (with ash trays) obviously had been smoked in. The smell was terrible. Management would not move me. The free wi-fi had no signal in the room. The room had not been renovated in years. I spent the minimum number of hours I needed to sleep and got out of the place.

It was a relatively inexpensive hotel and we got what we paid for. The room was outdated and looked old. The bed was uncomfortable and needed to be changed out. The outside appearance of the place was just ok. The breakfast was ok. There was nothing that really stood out about this hotel, I actually had to think about the... More

This was not the typical Quality Inns that I have stayed at. Poorer reviews are absolutely true on Tripadvisor. Older hotel in much need of a remodel. rooms were big but that's about it, older furniture and out dated décor. Price was cheap $50 so I guess that's a plus. Check in staff wasn't too friendly either. I wont be... More

Okay. I am not believing this. I saw the bad reviews but I thought ok surely they are trying to make it better. The shower and water faucet needed replacing and the doors needed cleaning. I bring lysol so i cleaned anything i would touch. But I only had one wash cloth, went to the office, he comes back and... More
